CLOSURE FOR A CONTAINER, CLOSURE COMPONENTS, AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF
A closure body (40) is provided for installation with a liner membrane (52) on a container (44). The closure body (40) has a peripheral portion (74) for being mounted on the container (44) around an access opening (48), and a separable portion (82) that (i) is disposed laterally inwardly of the peripheral portion (74); (ii) is initially connected to the peripheral portion (74) by at least one frangible connection (86); and (iii) can be separated from the peripheral portion (74) upon breaking of the at least one frangible connection (86). The closure body (40) has an opening member (94) that is connected with the separable portion (82) to accommodate movement of the opening member (94) relative to the separable portion (82). The opening member (94) has a grippable portion (102) and a puncture portion (106) each disposed in an initial inactive orientation relative to the separable portion (74).
Wine cork with built-in gas activated mini-corkscrew
Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a bottle cork with a built-in removal mechanism. The bottle cork may include a cork body having a hollow sleeve positioned therein, the hollow sleeve housing a mini-corkscrew, the mini-corkscrew having a corkscrew end extending toward a bottom surface of the cork body and an end opposite the corkscrew end; a gas cartridge configured to be punctured by the end of the mini-corkscrew opposite the corkscrew end; and a knob top attached to the gas cartridge, such that when the knob top is rotated, the gas cartridge is pierced by the end of the mini-corkscrew opposite the corkscrew end while the corkscrew end is drawn into and through the bottom surface of the cork body. The pressure exerted by the pierced gas cartridge may force the bottle cork out of a bottle, thus negating the need for an external cork removal tool.
SEALING COVER
Disclosed is a sealing cover, which is suitable for sealing an opening of a container, comprising an extrusion lid and a flexible sealing ring, wherein the container has an opening, the extrusion lid comprises an outer cover, an inner shield cover, a screw rod and a knob, the outer cover covers the opening, and the inner shield cover is arranged in the opening and is located under the outer cover; the screw rod movably penetrates the outer cover, the lower end of the screw rod is fixedly connected to the inner shield cover, and the upper end of the screw rod is connected in a threaded manner to the knob; and the flexible sealing ring is sheathed on the screw rod and is located between the outer cover and the inner shield cover, and when the knob is rotated, the screw rod drives the inner shield cover to move upwards and squeezes the flexible sealing ring to force the flexible sealing ring to be attached to an inner circumferential wall of the opening after expansion to form a seal. The sealing cover provided by the present invention can seal the opening of a container, and the sealing cover has a simple structure, is convenient to use, and has a good sealing effect.
LID WITH REMOVABLE BOTTLE OPENER AND BEVERAGE CONTAINER INCLUDING THE LID
A lid which includes a removable bottle opener and a beverage container including the lid are disclosed. The lid includes a lid surface having a receiving slot that receives the bottle opener, a circumferential wall which surrounds the lid surface and engages an open end of a beverage container, and a port that is sized and shaped for passage of a liquid, the port passing through the lid surface and positioned proximal to the circumferential wall of the lid within the receiving slot. The bottle opener includes an opening at a distal end which is sized and shaped to open a cap of a bottle. The bottle opener is slidingly received in the receiving slot of the lid surface so that a proximal end of the bottle opener covers the port and impedes passage of the liquid therethrough.
STOPPER FOR A CONTAINER NECK
A stopper for a container neck, comprising: a skirt having a generally tubular shape and being centered on an axis, the skirt being adapted to surround a neck of a container, and being provided internally with a snap-on member adapted to fasten the skirt to the neck in a removable manner by jamming the snap-on member with an external projecting boss of the neck of the container; and an opening strip having a generally annular shape and including a peripheral portion that is permanently connected to a peripheral portion of the skirt, the strip being movable relative to the skirt between: a first position, in which the strip surrounds an external lateral surface of the skirt, by providing an annular space radially between the external lateral surface of the skirt and an inner surface of the strip; and a second position, in which the inside of the strip is substantially detached from the skirt in order to enable the strip to be manually grasped so that the skirt is unsnapped from the neck.
POUCH AND CONTENTS-ENCLOSING POUCH
A pouch includes a bag body, a zipper, and a closing sheet. The bag body includes an accommodation space that can accommodate contents, a first aperture for opening the accommodation space, and a second aperture formed so as not to face the first aperture, for opening the accommodation space. The zipper is attached to the bag body, and unseals and seals the first aperture. The zipper includes a male part and a female part. The closing sheet is attached to the bag body so as to separate the male part and the female part of the zipper from the accommodation space. The closing sheet includes a weakened part that can be broken when unsealing of the zipper.
