The present invention is directed to containers and packaging that incorporate novel tamper evident features that make prominent the evidence of tamper. In particular, the novel tamper prominent containers of the present invention comprise newly designed tamper prominent images, i.e., prominent continuity control (PCC) images. Additionally, the present invention provides novel methods of increasing prominence of the evidence of tamper with a container, e.g., of consumer goods, by incorporating prominent continuity control (PCC) images integrated with a button locking assembly that must be removed to open a locked container making prominent the evidence of tamper through clear visualization in the PCC image, e.g., prominently displaying an image of a broken lock after full fracture and removal of the button locking assembly.

A sheet of polymeric material is made using an extruding process and articles are formed from the sheet of polymeric material. The sheet of polymeric material and the articles comprise one or more polypropylene resins. In some embodiments, the sheet of polymeric material and the articles formed form the sheet of polymeric material are transparent.

Aspects of the disclosure include an attachment for providing a scent to a container. In some aspects, a scent delivery system includes a bottle including a collar and a ledge structure each extending circumferentially outward; a scent ring loaded with a volatile chemical agent to emanate and generate a scent and including an interior protruding structure projecting from an interior wall of the ring, the scent ring configured to fasten around the neck of the bottle based on contact between the interior protruding structure and the ledge structure of the bottle; and a cap reversibly attachable to the bottle and including an interior rim structure that circumferentially projects from the interior of the cap, where the cap is structured to enclose the scent ring in a compartment formed between the collar and the interior rim structure when the cap is securely fastened to the bottle and trap the scent.

Disclosed herein are approaches for a precise medication, vitamin, and/or other medication substance organizer having a plurality of storage compartments that house and separate medications and vitamins by a specific time of day and a means for indicating whether a particular medication or vitamin has already been or needs to be taken. This organizer removes doubt associated with missed or duplicate drug dosages, interactions between medications and vitamins, as well as regulating daily medication and vitamin doses. Additionally, the organizer provides a location to indicate a name and a time a medication or vitamin should be ingested or otherwise taken and an indicator to show whether a medication or vitamin has already been removed from the organizer for ingestion. The medication, vitamin, and/or other medication substance organizer can also be used to prompt a user to take medications that will not fit into the organizer, such as an inhaler.

A housing unit for cigars with the main compartment having a cuboid shape. The cigar box has a rear wall having a height equal to a front wall, a bottom floor, a left-side wall having a height equal to a right-side wall and a two-part lid located on a top of the main compartment. The two-part lid has a rectangular portion hingably connected to a second rectangular portion with a first hinge that hingably connects the first rectangular portion with the second rectangular portion so that the first rectangular portion rotates about 180 degrees with respect to the second rectangular portion. The cigar box also has a second hinge that rotatably connects a rear of the second rectangular portion to a top of the rear wall such that the second rectangular portion rotates about 225 degrees with respect to the rear wall.

A system for notifying a user about an estimated time of consumption of a product includes an electronic device and a processor. The electronic device is integrated with a container of a product and configured to transmit a plurality of data relating to the amount of product in the container. The processor is configured to perform steps of a method. The method receives from the electronic device the plurality of data relating to the amount of product in the container and, based on the received plurality of data, calculates a usage pattern for the product in the container. The method calculates, based on the usage pattern, an estimated time of consumption of the product in the container, and then either notifies a user of an estimated time of consumption of the product in the container or automatically orders a refill of the product based on the estimated time of consumption.

A lid for a drinking container in the structure of a baseball cap is disclosed. The baseball cap lid includes the normal features of a baseball cap and also includes an annular mounting portion for engaging the rim or lip of a cup, a preformed opening in one of the panels of the lid configured for receiving a straw for drinking liquid from the container, a flap and cover for covering the preformed hole, and stretchable portion on or near the annular mounting portion of the lid for securing the lid to the rim or lip of the cup.

A universal cover for covering all types of beverage containers and an associated carrying case is disclosed. When placed over any beverage container, the universal cover disclosed uses decorative weights made with acrylic plastic gems, crystals or metal, to keep the cover secured in place as well as for keeping it well stretched and snugly placed over the rim of a beverage container. The universal cover also includes a central opening for inserting a straw or a sipping device there-through. The universal beverage cover offers the functionality of creating a cover for containers where typically no lid or cover typically exists as is the case for non-portable beverage containers such as wine glasses, beer or juice mugs, and other crystal-ware used at a restaurant, banquet hall, or another indoor setting. The universal cover disclosed provides a level of protection against pathogens and other contaminants while maintaining the necessary decor and formality of the setting. The universal cover can be made with fabrics, or faux leather or vinyl type fabric for based on the degree of insulation or durability desired.

A reusable water-tight medicine cap for detecting and recording openings and closings. The cap has sealing means for engaging a rim of a bottle opening. Detection means is configured to detect the presence or absence of the bottle opening within the cap, while electronic circuitry may be included to control operations of the cap. There may be included compliance means for motivating the user to comply with medication instructions.
