A dispensing system that includes a bottle, a valve cap, a dosing cap. The bottle includes a side wall having at least a portion that is flexible. The valve cap regulates the dispensing of a flowable product from bottle into the dosing cap. In particular, flowable product may be dispensed from the bottle into the dosing cap when the dispensing system is in an inverted position and while the dosing cap is attached to valve cap. The valve cap and the dosing cap may support the dispensing system in the inverted position.

There is provided a lid member for a food storage device or container, as well as a food storage system having a lid that can mate with a concave base container, which is stackable or storable via one or more magnetic devices disposed on the lid member or on each of a plurality of lid members. In a related embodiment, a magnetic device is incorporated into a floor panel of the concave base or container for ease of pairing and size matching for storage.

A head stand container closure is provided. The closure comprises a base, and a lid having a top plate upon which the closure rests in use. The base is attachable to a container and the lid is attached or attachable to the base. A cap assembly for use with multiple bottles having different size necks is provided. The assembly includes a base, at least one adapter and a lid. The adapter includes an internally threaded opening having at least two sections of different size and an externally threaded surface having at least two sections of different size. The lid is mounted on the base for movement between a position wherein the base opening port is closed and a position wherein the base opening port is open. Additional adapters may be included. The additional adapters are configured to accept bottle necks of different sizes than the base opening and first adapter such that at least six bottles with different size necks can be used with the assembly.

A bottle assembly includes a cap assembly, a bottle body, a base assembly and a filter assembly. The cap assembly includes a straw. The bottle body is removably connectable to the cap assembly. The base assembly is removably connectable to the bottle body. The filter assembly is connectable to the bottle body, and the filter assembly includes an aperture configured for passage of a portion of the straw. The aperture includes a mechanism that is closable when the portion of the straw is not in the aperture. A method of using a bottle includes removing the cap assembly from an upper opening of the bottle body and introducing fluid into the upper opening of the bottle body and through a filter assembly, the filter assembly including an aperture configured for passage of a portion of the straw. The method also includes closing the aperture.
