Package or Product Having a Use Indicator
A product includes a use indicator carried inside a container so that, upon removal of a closure from the container or upon removal of flowable product from within the container, a coloration of the product changes irreversibly to indicate to a user that the package has been used.

TAMPER DETECTION CAPSULE OF CONTAINER, USE AND OPERATING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a tamper detection capsule (1) of container comprising an upper cover member (2), a spring support inner member (3), a spring member (4) and a lower cover member (5), wherein spring member (4) is moveable between i) a first closed position in which it is arranged on inner member (3), and ii) a second open position, in which it is arranged between inner member (3) and upper cover member (2) in order to block the capsule (1) mechanism in the second open position. The invention further relates to an operating method of the tamper detection capsule (1), which is intended to close beverage containers.
Tamper evident bottle finish and cap assembly
A bottle, or a generic container, for the tight storage of diverse materials, may comprise a circular lip at the top of its neck finish or opening with an inferiorly disposed smooth, slanted and curved outer surface that is punctuated by equally spaced indentations and that may extend outwards and stepwise downwards, first through a vertical and then a convex surface and finally to a smooth surface on which may be disposed a button protrusion. A tightly sealed finish may be characterized by its lip and the equally spaced protruding lugs disposed on its inner surface interacting tightly with threading and other parts of the inner part of a reusable aggregate cap which, in turn, may inextricably couple with an outer part on whose outer annular flange surface may be disposed a button marker protrusion that, because of inaccessible features and mechanisms on the cap units, may only align with the one on the outer surface of the finish or opening of an unopened bottle or container. Determination of whether a tightly capped container has been previously opened or tampered with, may quickly be performed, either visually or through touch, by checking the alignment, or not, of the externally exposed button protrusions.
CONTAINER TAMPER DETECTION CAPSULE, CONTAINER LID AND CAPSULE AND LID PRODUCTION PROCESSES
The present invention relates to a container tamper detection capsule (1) comprising an upper cover member (2), a lower cover member (4) and an axial displacement member (3), wherein the latter comprises an alignment member (5) and an insertion member (6). Said axial displacement member (3) is axially displaceable from a first closed position, to a second open, fixed and irreversible position. The invention also relates to a container lid (8) comprising the capsule (1) and a stopper member (7). Lastly, the invention also relates to production processes for the capsule (1) and lid (8), which are intended to close containers of food or non-food products.
Single-use food preparation container assemblies, systems and methods
A product preparation system and method for processing a container including a cup body and a cup closure assembly configured for removable operative engagement with the cup body, the cup closure assembly including a hinged spout cover and a user-removable multi-function restricting portion integrally formed as part of the cup closure assembly and detachable therefrom, the user-removable multi-function restricting portion being operative, when integrally attached to the cup closure assembly to prevent normal user opening of the hinged spout cover.
Closure device
A closure device for closing a container, the closure device including a basic member, the basic member having a channel extending along a closure axis and having an inlet opening and a pouring opening, the closure device including a closure cap, the closure cap and the basic member being formed and arranged relative to each other in such a manner that the closure cap closes the pour-ing opening in a closed state of the closure device and releases it in an open state of the closure device. The closure cap is mounted on the basic member in the closed state of the closure device so as to be rotatable about the closure axis relative to the basic member, so that the closure cap is rotatable in an opening direction relative to the basic member, to bring the closure device into the open state.
Truly tamper-evident container
A tamper-evident container includes a tape (46). The tape is designed to break apart when the lid is opened for the first time. In some embodiments, a cap and lid are clear and see-through which allows a customer to see if the tape is torn apart and know whether the product has been tampered with. Some embodiments also include at least one screw thread (84) on a body neck (50) on the top of the container body (10) and on an inner wall (60) of a container cap (12). A removable gummy glue (62) or other adhesion mechanism is adhered on top of a mouth cover (66). When the container cap is unscrewed for the first time, the gummy glue is designed to indicate tampering. For example, the glue could be stretched, come apart, or separate from the mouth cover, or the underside of the cap, or distort an image that was on the gummy glue, such as a manufacturer's logo, name, trademark, or design, or leave an image from the mouth cover on the gummy glue, visually indicating that the container has been opened at least once.
Tamper-Evident Container with Integrated Environmental Sensors for Storing and Monitoring Fine Wines
A tamper-evident container for storing and monitoring fine wines includes a receptacle portion for receiving a wine bottle or case, a lid portion that engages the receptacle to seal the contents, and integrated sensors for detecting temperature extremes, humidity, and shock. The container may include thermochromic temperature indicators, a tamper-evident locking mechanism, a humidity indicator, and a shock sensor. The invention comprehensively assures a wine's authenticity and ideal storage conditions throughout its lifecycle, enabling verification that the wine has not been subjected to tampering or improper storage. The unique integration of anti-tampering and environmental monitoring features enhances quality assurance and facilitates trustworthy and efficient commerce in collectable wines.
Truly Tamper-evident Container
A comprehensive tamper-evident container incorporates cap-internal safeguards from the references and adds advanced internal features in the clear cap, such as color-changing agents and embedded RFID chips in adhesives, visible through the clear cap or a clear window in the container body. These detect subtle tampering, especially for personal care, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods, distinguishing from external prior art, with all evidence confined to the clear cap or a window in the container body for pre-purchase visibility.
