Multilayer structure, and packaging material formed from the multilayer structure
A multilayer structure is provided, which includes a layer containing a saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer, and a layer of a thermoplastic resin other than the saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer provided on at least one side of the saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer-containing layer with the intervention of an adhesive resin layer. An interface layer having a thickness (X) of 50 to 400 nm is present in an interface between the saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer-containing layer and the adhesive resin layer. Alternatively, a viscosity increase rate in the interface between the saponified ethylene-vinyl ester copolymer-containing layer and the adhesive resin layer is 0.1% to 8%. Therefore, the multilayer structure has long-run durability, and is less liable to have poor appearance even if being produced by a multilayer coextrusion method.

Light-shielding barrier laminate
To provide a light-shielding barrier laminate with excellent gas barrier properties and light-shielding properties. A light-shielding barrier laminate comprising a light-shielding sealant film laminated on a transparent gas barrier film, having an inorganic oxide vapor deposition film formed on one side of a transparent resin film, on the side on which the inorganic oxide vapor deposition film has been formed, via an adhesive layer, the light-shielding sealant film being a film having an aluminum vapor deposition film formed on one side of a heat-sealable resin film, the side on which the aluminum vapor deposition film is formed being laminated so as to face the adhesive layer.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PACKAGING A SINGLE-SERVE PORTION OF HONEYCOMB
Packaging of a single-serve portion of honeycomb is disclosed, using a protective support structure configured to protect the single-server portion of honeycomb from impact from at least two different directions by creating a frame having at least two sides. The protective support structure includes one or both of a food-grade plastic-based material and/or a food-grade paper-based material. The protective support structure is water-resistant and/or oil-resistant.

Inflatable Packaging Device
Packaging is provided that inflates within the interior and exterior of a desired article, such as a pair of shoes. The pack is sized to the article's height, width, depth and in the case of shoes, has two distinct inserts that fit inside each one of a pair of shoes. When the package is inflated, both the interior and exterior of the shoes are cushioned and supported for shipment and storage. This invention allows the user to deflate the packaging, fold it to a reduced size, and either store the packaging or mail it back to the manufacturer to be repurposed for a continued life cycle.

FOOD COVERING
A flexible stretchable food covering or wrapping film that provides an airtight seal when applied to a food item. The film is made of silicone having a thickness in the range 0.15 mm to 0.26 mm, which renders it thin enough to retain its shape in sealing relation to the item being wrapped, while being thick enough to not be readily ruptured in use. A method of storing and cooking food using the film is also disclosed.

PACKAGED ABSORBENT ARTICLE
A packaged absorbent article having a body surface and a garment surface; and a wrapper sheet for wrapping the absorbent article so that at least a portion of the garment surface of the absorbent article can be seen through the wrapper sheet.
