INFLATABLE CELLULAR CUSHIONING ARTICLE WITH ENHANCED PERFORMANCE PROPERTIES
An inflatable cellular cushioning article has a plurality of inflatable chambers with each chamber comprising a plurality of inflatable cells connected in series with one another by connecting channels. The article is made from a first multilayer film sealed to itself or to a second film. The first film comprises a plurality of microlayers. At least 50 percent of the microlayers comprise a polymer selected from the group consisting of ethylene homopolymer, ethylene copolymer, propylene homopolymer, and propylene copolymer.
PROTECTIVE PRODUCTS SUCH AS ENVELOPES HAVING A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF INTERIOR PADDING OF EXPANDED SLIT SHEET PAPER AND EXTERIOR LINING OF EMOSSED PAPER
A protective product, such as, e.g., an envelope or pouch, is provided that includes at least one expanded slit paper sheet in an expanded state, and an embossed paper sheet facing the expanded slit paper sheet and fixed to the expanded slit paper sheet along at least a portion of a length in an expansion direction of the expanded slit sheet paper. In the preferred embodiments, the embossed paper sheet has a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of the embossed paper sheet, thereby inhibiting deformation of the embossed paper sheet that is fixed to the expanded slit sheet paper.
ACCOMMODATING BODY, BUFFERING MATERIAL, METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BUFFERING MATERIAL, AND BUFFERING MATERIAL MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
An accommodating body includes: a first accommodating body that has a first bottom portion; and a first buffering material that has a first pressure receiving surface coming into contact with an accommodated article accommodated in the first accommodating body and that has at least one first sheet-shaped web that contains fibers and a bonding material that bonds the fibers, and in which in the first sheet-shaped web, the fibers are oriented in a plane direction of the first sheet-shaped web, and the first buffering material is used in an orientation with which an end surface of the first sheet-shaped web serves as the first pressure receiving surface.
ENVIRONMENT-FRIENDLY PAPER PROTECTIVE BAG MANUFACTURING APPARATUS
An environment-friendly paper protective bag manufacturing apparatus includes a planar structure manufacturing device including an inner layer unreeling module, an outer layer unreeling module and an inner-core layer unreeling module for unreeling multi-layer paper material, the unreeled multi-layer paper material superimposed from the inside to the outside, and arranged on a working platform to be transmitted along a conveying direction thereof; a tension adjusting device configured to adjust tension of the multi-layer paper material, a stretching module configured to stretch die-cut paper into a network three-dimensional structure, a plurality of first gluing modules configured to glue bonding positions of the multi-layer paper material to join the multi-layer paper material together, a first press-fit module configured to press the bonding positions of glued multi-layer paper material to form a planar structure, which can solve a technical problem that conventional production equipments can't produce a protective bag with an inner-core layer.
Tooling method for expanded slit sheet material
The present invention discloses a method of producing at least a pair of interlocking adjacent layers of a paper packaging product, the pair of interlocking adjacent layers being formed of a sheet of slit paper having a slit pattern, the slit pattern upon expansion, forming cells that include land regions that are inclined with respect to a plane of an unexpanded sheet. The method comprises slitting the sheet of slit paper with beveled blades that have a first wedge angle on one side of the blades and a second wedge angle on the other side of the blades, wherein the first wedge angle is wider than the second wedge angle to produce slits that upon expansion, produce the lands regions that have angles of inclination in a range for 50 to 85 degrees.
EXPANDABLE SLIT-SHEET STOCK MATERIAL, DUNNAGE CONVERSION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXPANDING
An improved expandable slit-sheet stock material is configured to aid in temporarily restricting opening of a plurality of slits of the slit-sheet stock material, such as during winding of the unexpanded stock material or during expansion of the stock material. Each slit of the plurality of slits includes one or more un-slit reinforcement portions, such as reinforcement ties, extending fully between opposite longitudinal sides of the slit, and disposed between opposed transverse endpoints of the slit. The reinforcement ties minimize or prevent tearing of the stock material during the winding or expansion. A dunnage conversion system for expanding the slit-sheet stock material includes an expander having a pair of opposed rollers. The rollers engage the stock material to effect breaking of the un-slit reinforcement portions and expansion of the slit-sheet stock material.
Protective products such as envelopes having a unique combination of interior padding of expanded slit sheet paper and exterior lining of embossed paper
Cellular structures with twelve-cornered cells
A structural component includes at least one wall surrounding a component interior space. The structural component also includes a first cellular structure positioned within the component interior space. The first cellular structure includes a plurality of cells each having a twelve-cornered cross section including twelve sides and twelve corners creating nine internal angles and three external angles.
MOLDED PAPER CUSHIONING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
A molded paper structure that provides cushioning and the method of manufacturing. The molded paper cushioning is flexible, with a continuous surface, without the use of folds or external adhesives. In the method of manufacture, paper sheet material is soaked with water and subsequently passed through a compression mold that forms the paper into a cushioning shape.
FULL RECYCLING ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PACKAGING STRUCTURE
A full recycling environmental protection packaging structure applied to express deliveries, postal services and logistics and made of a planar structure of paper. The packaging structure includes a first surface and a protecting layer overlapped on the surface. The protecting layer includes at least one layer of liner which is a three-dimensional network structure. The packaging structure of the present disclosure can overcome problems that kraft paper bubble bags or envelopes, and paper and plastics can't be separated and recycled to pollute environment in the prior art. At the same time, it can solve technical problems of dust pollution and poor air quality caused by using powdery and granular soft structures used as buffers.
