A packaging adapted to contain products, which is made with an extendable plastic film and has a simplified gripping, and in which the extendable plastic film is wrapped around the products with at least one coil to form a bundle, has on its upper surface only one notch configured to provide a gripping point of the packaging for a user.

An array of toilet tissue products. A shipping system for shipping planar substrates includes a plurality of planar substrates stacked to form a pack and a plurality of interleaving material including substantially spherical beads positioned between the substrates of the pack and configured to carry a load. Substantially all of the beads have a diameter within 25% of D.sub.max, where D.sub.max is a diameter corresponding to a size of an opening of an upper limit sieve used in the shipping system. In one aspect, an article is configured to close a first product and attach to a second product. The article includes a tag and a fastener. The tag has a perimeter. The tag includes an aperture and a first cut connecting the aperture and the perimeter. The aperture and first cut are configured to accept a portion of the first product. The fastener is connected to the tag at a joint, wherein the fastener is configured to attach to the second product.

A compressed hollow coreless roll of absorbent paper sheet produced by way of providing a roll of absorbent paper sheet by winding the sheet about a forming core member having a diameter in the range of 30 mm to 50 mm; removing the forming core member such that there is provided a hollow coreless roll of absorbent paper sheet with an axial cavity having a diameter in the range of 30 mm to 50 mm and compressing the hollow coreless roll such that, the axial cavity is substantially collapsed. The compressed hollow coreless rolls are readily re-formed into cylindrical shape. Space-saving packages of the rolls are overwrapped with tubular polymer film to provide a flexible reconfigurable package of a series of individually encased rolls. Volume reductions of about 10 to about 20%, about 14% to about 20%, 30%, 40% and more as compared with conventional products are realized.

There is illustrated and described a bundle (14) comprising packaging sleeves (10) and an outer packaging (15), comprising: a plurality of packaging sleeves (10) of a composite material, and an outer packaging (15) which surrounds the packaging sleeves (10), wherein each packaging sleeve (10) has a front side (12) and a rear side (13), wherein the front side (12) and the rear side (13) of each packaging sleeve (10) are separated from each other by means of folding edges (F), along which the packaging sleeve (10) is folded flat, wherein each packaging sleeve (10) has two openings which are arranged on opposite sides of the packaging sleeve (10), and wherein each packaging sleeve (10) has a longitudinal seam (11) which connects two edges of the composite material to form a circumferential packaging sleeve (10). In order to enable a space-saving, cost-effective and reliable transport of packaging sleeves (10), it is proposed that the outer packaging (15) be produced from a plastics material film (17).
