Flexible shipping package and method of making

A shipping package and method of making a shipping package having a flexible inner sheet having a first surface and a second surface. The method includes providing one or more sheets of flexible material, joining the sheet(s) to form an article reservoir for accepting an article to be shipped, one or more expansion chambers, and an article retrieval feature. The expansion chambers can be inflated or otherwise expanded to provide structure to the package and to protect the article in the article reservoir.

Flexible package and method of manufacture

A package having a flexible inner sheet having a first surface and a second surface. The package has an article reservoir for accepting an article to be shipped. The expansion chambers can be inflated or otherwise expanded to provide structure to the package and to protect the article in the article reservoir. The inner sheet of the package includes a shrinkable material that can be activated to immobilize articles disposed in the article reservoir.

DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT OF BIOLOGICAL TISSUE

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a biological tissue packaging system, as well as a transport system, and, in some embodiments, comprises a first package, a secondary package, and a tertiary package. Each of the first, second, and tertiary packages is sterilized prior to packaging of a biological tissue therein. The first package comprises a pouch, and a first tray and a first lid configured for removable snap-fit attachment to one another so as to form a clamshell container. The secondary package is configured to contain the first package and interlock therewith. The tertiary package is configured to contain the secondary package and interlock therewith.

SEALANT, BAG FOR TRANSPORTING AND PACKAGING SILICON MATERIAL

A packaging material used for a bag for transporting of a silicon material is a laminate in which a first resin base, barrier, second resin base, resin, and sealant layers are laminated in that order. A resin layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than an indentation elastic modulus of each of the first and second resin base layers by one or more orders of magnitude, a sealant layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than a first resin base layer indentation elastic modulus of and a second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus by one or more orders of magnitude, and a difference between the first resin base layer indentation elastic modulus and the second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus is smaller than a difference between the second resin base layer indentation elastic modulus and the indentation elastic modulus of the resin layer.

PROTECTIVE PACKAGING STRUCTURE FOR COMPRESSIBLE MATERIALS
20220212849 · 2022-07-07 ·

A more robust packaging structure for maintaining the integrity of compressible biologically active materials during storage and especially during transportation is provided. These containers protect the materials from shock, vibration, deformation, or separation from agitation. The compressible materials may be in the form of synthetic fibers, and may include a composite of fibers and beads or granules. Suitable materials that may benefit from such a robust packaging structure include synthetic materials that comprise a biologically active ceramic or glass.

Container for Shipping Hazardous Materials
20220242644 · 2022-08-04 ·

A hazardous material shipping container comprises a shell having a first threaded portion at a first end thereof, a closed second end opposite the first end, inwardly extending ribs, and outwardly extending flutes, wherein the ribs and flutes are disposed between the first end and the second end. A cushioning material is inside the shell, and a cap has a second threaded portion adapted to mate with the first threaded portion and a recess on a lower surface wherein the recess is adapted to receive an upper portion of a material container.

SYSTEM TO HOLD MULTIPLE BEVERAGE CONTAINERS
20220297921 · 2022-09-22 ·

A system for holding multiple beverage containers may include a cooler or carrier with toting handles, closing tabs, and base. The base may be formed from a molded plastic, rubber or synthetic rubber material. The base may also include feet that hold the base a sufficient height from the ground. The base may have a generally conic tapering drain floor that makes up its top surface. The tapering drain floor may make draining the carrier easier by directing water toward a drain hole located in the base. Extending up from the base may be a multi-layer soft-sided wall where different layers perform different desired functions. For example, an inside layer closest to the internal cavity may be a waterproof layer, a middle layer may be an insulating layer, and an external layer may be a decorative layer.

TISSUE CONTAINER SYSTEMS
20220287298 · 2022-09-15 ·

The present disclosure relates generally to tissue container systems and kits that find use in the transport of tissues and methods of using the tissue container systems. In particular, systems and kits that support the transport, thawing and use of cryopreserved human skin equivalents, and methods of their use by a health care provider are provided.
