RUGBY-BALL SPORTS SPEAKER
Disclosed is a rugby-ball sports speaker that includes a flexible protective sleeve defined with an opening and an accommodating cavity communicating with the opening. The speaker further includes at least one receiving casing defined with a receiving slot, the receiving casing being accommodated inside the accommodating cavity and resisting an inner wall of the flexible protective sleeve. The speak further includes at least one speaker assembly received inside the receiving slot and resisting an inner wall of the receiving casing. The speaker further includes a net cover covering the opening and fixedly connected to the flexible protective sleeve, the net cover sealing the receiving casing within the accommodating cavity. The technical solution of this disclosure is designed to enable the user to simultaneously enjoy the fun of throwing and kicking as well as listening to music relying solely on the rugby ball, thus augmenting the user experience.
Sports training system
A method of assembling a sports training ball includes locating at least one force sensor in the sports training ball for measuring an elevated force applied to the sports training ball. The sports training ball includes an outer surface that surrounds an inner core. An indicator is located in the sports training ball. The indicator is in electrical communication with at least one force sensor and is configured to receive a change in an electrical signal when the elevated force measured by at least one force sensor decreases below a predetermined elevated threshold. The indicator is configured to indicate to a user when the indicator receives the change in the electrical signal with a change in at least one of an audio signal or a visual signal.
Face shield
The invention provides a face shield for sports activities. The face shield comprises a facial covering shield, a plurality of foam pads, a nose shield portion and a pair of detachable straps. The facial covering shield has a pair of eye openings. The pair of detachable straps around the cheek and the forehead are fully adjustable and provide a comfortable and secure fit for the user. The nose shield portion protects the user's nose from injuries. The plurality of foam pads includes a pair of forehead pads and a pair of cheek pads, and, the plurality of foam pads are removable and reusable and can be adjusted to desired position to create perfect fit for the user's face. The design of the face shield is more unique and fits on the top of the forehead and leaves plenty of space and protects the eye portion and reduces and eliminates vision problems.
Athletic Performance Monitoring Systems and Methods in a Team Sports Environment
Systems and methods for sensing and monitoring various athletic performance metrics, e.g., during the course of a game, a practice, a training session, training drills, and the like, are described. These systems and methods can provide useful metrics for players and coaches relating to athletic performances in various sports, including various team sports.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING AND FEED-BACKING ON EXECUTION OF PHYSICAL EXERCISE ROUTINES
A system and method for monitoring performance of a physical exercise routine. The system comprises a plurality of motion and position sensors configured to generate sensory information including at least a rate of movements of a user performing the physical exercise routine; a database containing routine information representing at least an optimal execution of the physical exercise routine; a training module configured to: compare the generated sensory information to the routine information to detect at least dissimilarities respective thereof, wherein the dissimilarities indicate if the pace of performing the physical exercise routine is incorrect; provide feedback to the user with at least instructions related to correcting the pace of performing the physical exercise routine; and a display for displaying the feedback.
Kicking Tee for Football and Rugby
The invention discloses a kicking tee for American football or rugby that maximizes the possible forward lean of the football which extends the segment of impact through the ball while also exposing the entire ball from base to tip to the view of the kicker, allowing the kicker to more easily aim at the ball's sweet spot. The results achieved by use of the present invention are greater distance and height, velocity and hangtime, as well as greater control of the trajectory of the ball over that of the prior art. The invention also improves on the prior art by allowing a greater overall range of ball placement, resulting in the kicker having greater control over where the ball will travel on the field of play.
Tracking system
A system simultaneously tracks multiple objects. All or a subset of the objects includes a wireless receiver and a transmitter for providing an output. The system includes one or more wireless transmitters that send commands to the wireless receivers of the multiple objects instructing different subsets of the multiple objects to output (via their respective transmitter) at different times. The system also includes object sensors that receive output from the transmitters of the multiple objects and a computer system in communication with the object sensors. The computer system calculates locations of the multiple objects based on the sensed output from the multiple objects.
American-style football including electronics
An American style football including an inflatable prolate spheroidal shaped bladder, a lining positioned over the bladder, a cover assembly, a lacing, and an electronic circuit positioned between the lining and the cover assembly and generally aligned with the lacing. The cover assembly includes at least first, second, third and fourth cover panels collectively positioned over the bladder and the lining. The lacing is coupled to the first and fourth cover panels. The electronic circuit includes at least one sensor and the electronic circuit is configured to produce a signal to enable at least one characteristic of the football to be monitored during use.
Sports status presentation system
The present invention provides a sport status presentation system with which a user can easily grasp, by touch, the status of a sport competition in which two teams compete and the players on the two teams capture a single ball from each other while moving within a single competition area and score points by placing the ball in a goal set for each team. The sport status presentation system includes two vibrating bodies, the vibrating bodies respectively apply vibration to sites on the left side and the right side of the body of the user and are allocated to the respective teams, and the vibrating body allocated to the team in possession of the ball, among the two vibrating bodies, vibrates by a larger amount as a distance between the ball and the goal or a goal line of the team in possession of the ball decreases.
GARMENTS AND METHOD FOR PLAYING SPORT
