Packing tray for protecting fragile hollow conical objects, such as conical ice cream cones, which allows a stack of such conical objects to be held securely in a pocket of the packing tray, and which allows a plurality of stacked trays and objects to be packaged in cartons. The packing tray is a plastic foam sheet having a top wall and one or more recessed elongated pockets extending downwardly from the top wall, each pocket holding a stack of conical objects. Each pocket includes a floating bottom and flexible and fluted sidewall pleats for dissipating exterior applied forces and snugly engaging a stack of cones held in the pocket, thereby improving product protection, in a relatively low cost and lighter weight construction.

A packing member includes first and second members. A packing member for packing a cartridge detachably mountable to an image forming apparatus is molded with a thin resin material plate and includes: (i) a frame portion including an opening as an entrance for the cartridge, a first recessed portion for accommodating the cartridge, and a first limiting portion for limiting a position of the cartridge with respect to a direction perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the cartridge; and (ii) a cap portion for openably covering the opening. The cap portion includes a second limiting portion for limiting movement of the cartridge, positionally-limited by the first limiting portion, in a direction in which the cartridge is spaced from the first limiting portion.

Packing box

A packing box is disclosed. The packing box includes a box body having an inward concave forming four blocking portions at four sides, and a plurality of supporting members. The supporting member includes a big head end and a small head end fixedly connecting to the blocking portions. The small head end is arranged above an up surface of the blocking portion. A bottom surface of the big head end comprises an inward concave, the small head end of the supporting member of the packing box located at a lower altitude engages with the big head end of the supporting member of the packing box located at a higher altitude when the packing boxes are stacked.
