Flexible package and method of manufacture

A package having a flexible inner sheet having a first surface and a second surface. The package has an article reservoir for accepting an article to be shipped. The expansion chambers can be inflated or otherwise expanded to provide structure to the package and to protect the article in the article reservoir. The inner sheet of the package includes a shrinkable material that can be activated to immobilize articles disposed in the article reservoir.

Shock-absorbing buffer for base station antenna

The present disclosure relates to a shock-absorbing buffer for a base station antenna. The base station antenna includes a first end portion having a first end surface, a second end portion having a second end surface, and a protruding element which is at least provided on the first end surface and protrudes outward. The shock-absorbing buffer includes an inner buffer member and an outer buffer member. The inner buffer member is configured to at least partially cover the protruding element, the first end portion, and the second end portion, and the outer buffer member is configured to sleeve the inner buffer member and at least partially cover the first end portion and the second end portion. The inner buffer member and the outer buffer member are respectively made into a pre-formed structure from an inflatable air bag, and the inflatable air bag can form a plurality of air columns after being inflated. At least a part of the air columns of the inner buffer member cross each other, or at least a part of the air columns of the outer buffer member cross each other, or at least a part of the air columns of the inner buffer member and at least a part of the air columns of the outer buffer member cross each other, so as to enhance the performance of the shock-absorbing buffer through a synergistic effect.

Vacuum Pouch for Athletics

A pouch or pocket may act as a container and may be used to securely hold objects (e.g., cell phone, keys, wallet, etc.) during athletic activity (e.g., running). The pouch may be a standalone item or integrally formed as part of other items. The pouch may hold the object to be stored in place within the pouch or pocket. The pouch may provide some cushioning or impact force attenuation to protect the object being held within the pouch or pocket. Additionally, the pouch may be attached to a garment, such as running clothes. The pouch includes an outer envelope sealable by a closure and a one-way valve with foam layers located inside the pouch. After the object is placed in the pouch, the closure is closed, and the air within the pouch is expelled via the one-way valve by compressing the foam layers from the outside.

PROTECTIVE PRODUCTS SUCH AS ENVELOPES HAVING A UNIQUE COMBINATION OF INTERIOR PADDING OF EXPANDED SLIT SHEET PAPER AND EXTERIOR LINING OF EMOSSED PAPER

A protective product, such as, e.g., an envelope or pouch, is provided that includes at least one expanded slit paper sheet in an expanded state, and an embossed paper sheet facing the expanded slit paper sheet and fixed to the expanded slit paper sheet along at least a portion of a length in an expansion direction of the expanded slit sheet paper. In the preferred embodiments, the embossed paper sheet has a plurality of embossings that increase the rigidity of the embossed paper sheet, thereby inhibiting deformation of the embossed paper sheet that is fixed to the expanded slit sheet paper.

An inflatable web includes two juxtaposed sheets, seals between the sheets that define chambers, and two longitudinal edges. The chambers extend in a transverse direction between the two longitudinal edges. The seals include side seals that extend between the two longitudinal edges. The side seals include a two intermittent side seals and a continuous side seal. Each of the intermittent side seals includes side seal portions and gaps between the side seal portions. The gaps permit gas to pass between chambers on either side of the intermittent side seals. The continuous side seal is located between the two intermittent side seals. The continuous side seal does not permit gas to pass between chambers on either side of the continuous side seal. The gaps in the two intermittent side seals are aligned a longitudinal direction to form a non-continuous longitudinal channel across the continuous side seal.
