PACKAGING WITH SEALING MATERIALS HAVING DIFFERENT SEALING CONDITIONS
Packaging material is provided. The packaging material can include at least one web layer having a surface that includes first and second regions. When corresponding first regions are overlaid with each other and corresponding second regions are overlaid with each other, the overlaid first and second regions can cooperatively surround a cavity. The packaging material further can include a first sealing material disposed in the first region and configured to seal together the corresponding first regions upon application of first conditions to the first sealing material, and a second sealing material disposed in the second region and configured to seal together the corresponding second regions upon application of second conditions to the second sealing material. The second sealing material can be configured such that the first conditions applied to the second sealing material are insufficient to cause the second sealing material to seal.

Expanded slit sheet cushioning products with novel slit pattern and paper properties
In the preferred embodiments, the present invention provides substantially improved slit sheet cushioning products by advantageously combining novel paper properties with novel slit patterns for improved features and characteristics. In some illustrative and non-limiting example embodiments, cushioning products of the present invention can include, e.g., a novel slit sheet material in combination with extensible paper employed as, e.g., a cushioning pad or as cushioning within an envelope product, wherein the cushioning product can be substantially more resilient, but, yet, e.g., thinner for better utilization of space.

WEBS OF PREFORMED BAGS WITH EXPANDABLE SHEET CUSHIONING
A web of preformed bags includes an exterior sheet material and an expandable slit sheet material. The exterior sheet material and an expandable slit sheet material are coupled along longitudinal seams. The expandable slit sheet material has slits arranged substantially parallel to the longitudinal seams. The web has a longitudinal fold such that the expandable slit sheet material is on the inner side of the exterior sheet material. The longitudinal fold is substantially parallel to the longitudinal seams. When the expandable slit sheet material is in an unexpanded form, the exterior sheet material extends farther away from the longitudinal seams than the expandable slit sheet material extends from the longitudinal seams. The expandable slit sheet material in each of the bags is expandable from the unexpanded form to an expanded form.

Flexible package
Package having a flexible inner sheet, a flexible secondary inner sheet, a flexible secondary outer sheet, and an outer sheet. The inner sheet and secondary inner sheet are joined together at least an outer seam and forming one or more primary expansion chambers. The package also has a flexible secondary outer sheet and an outer sheet, joined together at least an outer seam and forming one or more secondary expansion chambers. The secondary outer sheet and the outer sheet also form one or more non-expansion chambers that can be a label surface.
A PAPER BASED CORRUGATED ENVELOPE
This invention is related to a 2-ply corrugated paper-based envelope with crease lines and glue strips for primary and secondary packaging and transportation needs. The envelope comes with glue strips in single or double (for reverse logistics if required) lines. These envelopes can be enhanced with a provision for tear tape for the frustration-free opening of the package. To enhance evidence of tampering of the envelope, there is an option for perforation. The envelope can come with a numbering system all around except at the top, where tear tape can be provided for ease of opening. To help in identifying if the package has been tampered with, there is an option of printing a line along with the flap/opening with special ink which turns pink in color when comes in contact with heat.

INSULATING BUBBLE WRAP
An insulating bubble wrap comprising a metallized polyethylene layer having a first metallized side, a second non-metallized side, and a metal thickness; and a polyethylene bubble film cap layer attached to the metallized polyethylene along the second non-metallized side.
