UNITIZED PACKAGING SUSPENSION SYSTEM
A cushioning apparatus configured to be placed inside of a shipping container includes a plurality of inflation chambers. Each of the chambers is characterized as having a general shape, when inflated, of a truncated rectangular pyramid. Each of the plurality of inflation chambers is foldably coupled to another of the plurality of inflation chambers at an edge of said inflation chamber. The plurality of inflation chambers, when inflated, are configured to be folded into a shape that surrounds a void between said plurality of inflation chambers. There may be six inflation chambers.
Buffering inflatable packaging bag
A buffering inflatable packaging bag includes a containing part and an isolating part that are composed of an inflatable plastic capsule; a containing cavity of containing part is folded by the inflatable plastic capsule along a length direction of a bar-shaped inflatable chamber, and a folded portion is sealed along both sides of the inflatable plastic capsule; a circle of a first thermally sealing line is provided at one end of containing part distal from the opening of containing part; one end of isolating part is provided on one side of the opening of containing part. The packaging has a low cost and simplified processing. One product can package and fix the body and the accessories simultaneously, thereby avoiding the breakage of inner package. The accessories can be placed above the body, thereby avoiding the phenomenon that the intensity of pressure is excessive to cause damage to the body/accessories.

INFLATABLE PACKAGING WITH APERTURES
An inflatable packaging element is disclosed herein. The inflatable packaging element includes a first film ply and second film ply overlayed on the first ply, and a seal pattern. The seal pattern has a plurality of seals sealing the first and second plies to each other to define an inflation chamber between the first and second plies. The inflation chamber is inflatable with and configured to contain a fluid. An aperture extends through at least one of the first or second ply, and the seal pattern separates opposite side of the aperture from the inflation chamber.
PACKAGING LINER, PROTECTING COVER AND PACKAGING CONTAINER
A packaging liner, protecting covers using the packaging liner and packaging containers using the protecting covers are disclosed. The packaging liner includes a first resisting section, a second resisting section disposed opposite the first resisting section and a deformable section connected between the first resisting section and the second resisting section. The deformable section comprises a plurality of elastic members such that when at least one of the first resisting section and the second resisting section is stressed, the deforming section is able to deform to match the outline and dimensions of a packageable object.
Airtight sheath being adjustable in size for packing
An airtight sheath includes a first buffering unit, a second buffering unit, a bottom buffering unit, and a foldable unit. Two terminating sides are formed at opposite sides of the second buffering unit to be heat-sealed to two opposite sides of the first buffering body. A packing space is formed and surrounded by the first, second, and bottom buffering units. The foldable unit includes a bending body, and a plurality of abutting air columns. The bending body is bendable from the second buffering unit so that the foldable unit is foldable into the packing space, where the packing space is capable of being narrowed by the abutting air columns and the first buffering unit. The airtight sheath is capable of fittingly packing an object having a small size as the foldable unit is folded, or an object having a larger size as the foldable unit is unfolded.
Air-padded containers
Containers such as boxes or tubes may be lined with deflated air bladders or reservoirs. When an item is placed in such a container, the container may be sealed, and the air bladders or reservoirs may be charged with air until such bladders or reservoirs surround and fully cushion the item within the container. The bladders or reservoirs may be formed from lightweight and flexible materials, such as polyethylenes, polyphenylenes or other plastics, and charged with air manually or automatically from an external source via a valve or other component extending through the containers. An internal pressure within one or more of the bladders or reservoirs may be monitored during the charging, and the charging may be secured when the internal pressure meets or exceeds a predetermined threshold.
Appliance packaging system and method
A unit package (10) is utilized to hold an appliance (12) such as a microwave oven. The unit package may include an impact absorbing base (14) which supports the appliance. A transparent flexible liner (40) extends in surrounding relation of the appliance. A plurality of straps (44) including respective flexible loops (46) which serve as handles, extend in surrounding relation of the liner, the appliance and the base. A plurality of unit packages are arrangeable in a stack for transport including layers of rows in supported connection with a pallet (52). A sleeve (64) extends in surrounding relation of the stack. Frangible adhesive strips (84, 86) enable opening the sleeve to expose the unit packages.
VACUUM RETENTION SYSTEM INCLUDING TUBULAR SUB-COMPONENTS
A protective carrying case for an object is disclosed, wherein the protective carrying case includes a top component, a bottom component, and semi-hexagonal ends, wherein the top component and the bottom component are constructed from carbon fiber. The protective carrying case additionally includes a retaining element with vacuum split functionality to retain elements within the case.
Package cushioning for an article to be packaged
A cushioning part for cushioning an article to be packaged in an outer packaging has a mat-shaped base layer, from which at least one hollow support body protrudes above a base cross section cutout on the top side. In order to improve the damping of the article to be packaged by the cushioning part, the invention proposes that the support body is designed in the form of an arcuate bridge which spans the base cross section cut out of the support body.
