Volleyball hitting glove
An athletic glove is provided, comprising a palm portion and a digit portion having a plurality of generally hollow digit sleeves extending from the palm portion. Each of the generally hollow digit sleeves is configured to generally confine a respective digit of a wearer. Spacers are provided between the generally hollow digit sleeves and generally maintain a predetermined abduction of the digits upon a relaxation of the wearer's hand, while generally permitting an adduction of the plurality of digits upon a predetermined adductive force exerted by the wearer. The spacers comprise a generally rigid member having a predetermined compressibility. The generally hollow digit sleeves may be closed or open at a distal end thereof. The palm portion may be a flexible fabric and a fitment apparatus selectively tightens the palm portion on a hand of the wearer. One or more padding portions may be further configured to distribute a force experienced by the wearer upon engagement with a ball.
System, apparatus and method for an intelligent goal
A non-transitory storage medium having stored thereon logic is disclosed. The logic is executable by one or more processors to perform operations including receiving information associated with a selection of a first training drill, responsive to receiving the information associated with the selection of the first training drill and based on the first training drill, causing a first light to be placed in an activated state, wherein the first light is coupled to a first goal apparatus, and responsive to a triggering event, causing the first light to be placed in a deactivated state and causing a second light to be placed in an activated state. The goal apparatus includes posts that form a goal plane, wherein a first sensor pair is coupled to the goal, and wherein the triggering event is a detection of an object passing through the posts and across the goal plane.
Hang time measurements using wearable electronic devices
Wearable electronic devices that are designed to be worn on the head of a user while the user is swimming can determine swimming strokes and swimming performances of the user using motion sensors. Using a sound speaker, the wearable electronic device can play music and provide audio feedback to the swimmer. By comparing the swimming performance of the swimmer wearing the device with previously recorded swimming data, the wearable electronic device can provide audio comparison results to the swimmer while the swimmer is swimming in water. The wearable electronic device can also support similar functions for jumping actions.
PORTABLE, MODULAR EQUIPMENT FOR INSTALLATION OF A MULTI-SPORTS AND/OR MULTI-USE AREA AND METHOD OF INSTALLING A MULTI-SPORTS AND/OR MULTI-USE AREA
This invention deals with portable modular equipment for area assembly multisport and/or multipurpose and method of setting up multisport area and/or multipurpose, ideal for sports such as soccer, volleyball, basketball, handball or other sports, as well as physical, educational and recreational activities that primarily aim at the production of knowledge related to teaching/learning/leisure; the modular equipment (10) is completely portable and conformed by one, preferably, two modules (20), each of them to the format preferential use of a container (21) and able to pack a set of parts structural (CP) that correspond to half of a multisport/multipurpose area (AP); said set of pieces (CP) is basically composed of a fencing bottom link (30A), two side fences (30B), at least four modular bleachers (40), at least one access structure (30C), accessories goal posts (60), volleyball nets (61) or others, at least one self-contained set for generating lighting (70) and Wi-Fi signal, synthetic grass or modular floor coverings (GS), as well as components of mounting type connectors, screws and others.

SPORTS MATCH REFEREEING SYSTEM
A system for refereeing a sports match including a portable processing device for compiling data associated with the sports match and eyeglasses including data display means for displaying the data associated with the sports match to a wearer of the eyeglasses.
AMERICAN-STYLE FOOTBALL
An American-style football configured for direct contact with a user's hands. The football includes an inflatable prolate spheroidal shaped bladder, at least first, second, third and fourth cover panels collectively positioned over the bladder, and a lacing coupled to the first and fourth cover panels. The cover panels are formed of a natural leather and include a pebbled texture. Each of the first, second, third and fourth cover panels have an outer surface that defines cover panel outer surface areas. At least one of the cover panels includes a prep gauge portion and a non-prep gauge portion. The prep gauge portion extends over at least 5 percent, and less than 80 percent, of the outer surface area of the at least one of the cover panels. The non-prep gauge portion has a first color and the prep gauge portion has a second color that is darker than the first color.
FOOT PLACEMENT TRAINING SYSTEM
A training device that is a rigid and substantially flat, thin platform is described. The outline of the platform is about the size and shape of a user's foot or footprint to provide visual and tactile feedback regarding the position and orientation of the user's foot. The platform may have surface features on the upper surface, which along with edges of the platform can be sensed by the user for providing the tactile feedback while the user is stepping and/or standing and exercising on the platform. The platform may have a non-slip lower surface using high friction material and/or or spikes or pegs extending from the lower surface for gripping a training surface and removably securing the platform laterally to the training surface. The platform may be lifted from the training surface with minimal effort and repositioned on the training surface.
PORTABLE EXERCISE APPARATUS
Attachments adapted for a portable exercise apparatus configured to attach to a vertical structure. The portable exercise apparatus includes a top strap attached to a hook and a bottom strap attached to a hook, the top strap and bottom strap can be wrapped around the vertical structure and secured at the apparatus. The attachments offer a variety of functionality which can all be utilized when attached to the portable exercise apparatus which would be attached to a vertical structure. Examples of some of the attachments include a basketball net, a dart board, a hammock, and other configurations which can be used and enjoyed by users.
PORTABLE EXERCISE APPARATUS
A portable exercise apparatus intended for indoor use. A vertical spine is constructed and mounted to a plurality of wall braces. The spine has a series of pairs of hooks aligned vertically. The user can then place either a pulley plate or a body into a desired hook. Hooks are configured such that when the pulley plate or body is placed therein, force in a downward or straight direction would not remove the pulley plate or body. A bench can be attached to the pulley plate or body which then allows a user to set or lie on and perform exercises using a resistance cord which can be connected to the body, pulley plate, and or braces.
