Product heating with soluble container
A self-heating container includes a first substance and a second substance that are adapted to produce an exothermic reaction upon contact with each other, a soluble material between the first substance and the second substance, a frangible membrane physically separating the second substance from the soluble material, and a means for rupturing the frangible membrane.
CONTAINER
The present application discloses a container, having a housing with a housing bottom wall and a housing sidewall, and a liner having a liner bottom wall and a liner sidewall. The liner is detachably connected to the housing sidewall, so that the liner is received in the housing chamber. At least a portion between the housing sidewall and the liner sidewall has a gap therebetween. This application discloses a double-layer container having a liner and a housing detachable with each other, so that the housing can use a combination of different shapes of the liner. At the same time, the liner of the container in the present application is made of a flexible material to facilitate cleaning of the liner. On the other hand, the double-layer container of the present application can directly use the liner as a seal, which is convenient for cleaning.
Self-heating container for pre-cooked food
This container comprises: an outer receptacle containing a lower vessel carrying calcium oxide, a water bag and a striker to break the bag and mix the water with the calcium oxide causing an exothermic reaction; and an upper vessel carrying the pre-cooked food and fixed on the lower vessel. The outer receptacle has on its side surface: recessed sectors and projecting sectors forming hollow side chambers between the lower container and the side surface of the outer receptacle and, in correspondence with the upper end of the mentioned vertical sectors, a perimetral step for the linear support of a projecting rim defined in the upper opening of the lower vessel. The upper vessel comprises a perimetral step in an area close to its upper end for its support and fixing by means of an adhesive on the projecting upper rim of the lower vessel.
FORMABLE FLUID WARMING APPARATUS
A warming apparatus that has a formable apparatus and a chamber coupled to the formable apparatus and configured to fluidly contain a heating agent. Wherein the formable apparatus is movable to reposition the chamber to heat a vessel.
THERMAL RECEPTACLE WITH PHASE CHANGE MATERIAL
A phase change apparatus has a generally tubular housing with an open upper and lower end and a sidewall having inner and outer surfaces with a chamber defined therein. At least one of the surfaces is convoluted, and a phase change material is disposed in the chamber. The upper end of the generally tubular housing engaged the upper end of an insulated cup. At least one passage is defined between the inner and outer surfaces of the generally tubular housing to allow the flow of liquid when the cup is tilted. The phase change material disposed in the chamber absorbs thermal energy from the liquid and then releases the thermal energy back to the liquid to maintain the temperature of the liquid.
Self-heating pouch and method of manufacture thereof
The present invention relates to a self-heating pouch for heating consumables and method of manufacture thereof. The self-heating pouch includes a flexible housing and a sealable cap. The flexible housing includes an internal pouch, an external pouch, and at least one frangible button. The internal pouch includes an inner surface and an outer surface. The inner surface of the internal pouch is configured to enclose the consumables. The external pouch is attached internally to the outer surface of the internal pouch. The at least one frangible button is included between the external pouch and the internal pouch. The at least one frangible button is configured to release a liquid to react with a heating agent and initiate heating of the consumables. The sealable cap is attached to top of the flexible housing and configured to dispense the consumables.
Self-Heating Food Pouch with Distributed Reactants
A self-heating product pouch has a first thin flexible material that surrounds and defines a product compartment. A second thin flexible material is coupled to an outwardly-facing surface of the first thin flexible material to define a first heater compartment that is outside, but thermally coupled to, the product compartment. A first thin porous substrate inside the first heater compartment. A granular reactant is distributed throughout the first thin porous substrate. A frangible container is inside the first heater compartment. A liquid reactant is inside the frangible container. The granular reactant and the liquid reactant are adapted to react exothermically upon contact with one another.
RETORTABLE SELF-HEATING FOOD CONTAINER WITH AIR ACCESS STRUCTURE
A flexible, self-heating food container capable of withstanding high temperatures is provided. The container comprises a two-layer laminate structure having an air access flap that can be lifted by the consumer to allow air to enter the part of the container where an exothermic reaction takes place.
Wild Game Cooker
A portable wild game cooker is provided. The cooker utilizes a FRH heating element, a pre-packaged seasoning pouch and a cooking sleeve to provide for immediate cooking of wild game after a wild game harvest event. The cooker allows for fast, clean, and safe cooking of wild game with minimal mess and without the need for cumbersome cooking hardware. The wild game cooker enhances the overall experience of the outdoor enthusiast.
Flexible pouch with heating modules
A flexible pouch for heating articles includes a pair of panels forming a compartment and a pair of heating units which are disposed on either side of the compartment to heat the articles within the compartment. Seal portions are formed adjacent side edges for forming a holding area to be grasped by the hand of the user.
