REACTIVE CONTAINED LIQUID TRANSPORT APPARATUS
A contained reactive liquid transport apparatus is provided. The transport apparatus comprises a first part and a second part attachable to and detachable from one another, and a ball bearing assembly. The first and second parts each have an outer shell and extend around a common central axis to form a longitudinal chamber that can hold a contained reactive liquid. The ball bearing assembly allows the outer shells to rotate with respect to the longitudinal chamber and a contained reactive liquid held placed therein, thereby minimizing shaking or other agitation to the contained reactive liquid. In one embodiment, the transport apparatus is a combination sports ball and contained carbonated beverage transport apparatus.
Reconfigurable label assembly
An improved reconfigurable label assembly is presented. The assembly includes a container, a front panel, a back panel, a bottom panel, and an optional pair of attachment elements. The bottom panel is disposed between and substantially parallel to the front and back panels in a first configuration to form a label attached to and completely separable from the container. The label is disposed along an outer surface of the container in the first configuration and is configurable to form a receptacle in a second configuration. The front and back panels are separable and the bottom panel is expandable to form the receptacle after the label is removed from the container. The receptacle is capable of holding a consumable product. The receptacle is reconfigurable to the label after use as the receptacle so that the label may be directly reattached to the container. The optional attachment elements cooperate to releasably secure the front, back, and bottom panels to the container in the first configuration.
Candy dispenser
A confectionary item dispenser include a dispenser housing having a dispenser housing opening, a reservoir within the dispenser housing having a reservoir chute aligned with the dispenser housing opening, and a dispenser shield disposed within the dispenser housing and movable so that a dispenser shield opening can align with the dispenser housing opening and the reservoir chute at a dispensing position to dispense a confectionary item. An indeterminate outcome actuation mechanism with an actuation mechanism input device causes the dispenser shield to move between the dispensing position and a non-dispensing position when the actuation mechanism input device is displaced such that the dispenser shield may be disposed in one of the dispensing position and the non-dispensing position when the actuation mechanism input device is displaced so that a confectionary item may or may not be dispensed each time.
CONTAINER FOR TACTILE INTERACTION WITH FOOD
Pet owners cannot tactilely examine, or experience food contained in rigid packaging. This product experience at the point of purchase requires pliable or flexible packaging. However, pliable or flexible packaging has limited ability to stack, both on the store shelf, as well as in the pet owner's pantry. Provided is a multi-functional container for moist or wet, textured food. The container has rigid sidewalls, a bottom with at least a portion made from a flexible or pliable material or membrane or that provides access to a bag of a flexible or pliable material or membrane, and a lid to seal the opening of the container or the bag. Since the food contacts the flexible or pliable material or membrane, it can be tactilely examined at the point of purchase. If the material or membrane is transparent, the food can also be visibly examined at the point of purchase.
Multiple Component Confectionery Delivery Product and Method for Delivery
A confectionery product for selective dispensing of a flowable edible liquid confection from a compressible liquid confection chamber through a nozzle integrated into a collar that sealing engages the compressible chamber, establishes a seat for a solid confectionery product, and contains and integrated nozzle that is disposed adjacent at least a portion of the solid confectionery product whereupon upon compression of the chamber, liquid confection is dispensed onto the solid confectionery product surface and a solid confectionery product cover which when engaged with the collar seals the nozzle to prevent further dispensing of the liquid confection.
CANDLE LID CONNECTING DEVICE
A connecting device for connecting two lids includes a hoop member having first and second edges and at least one inwardly-extending protrusion located at the first edge and at the second edge. The connecting device also includes an outwardly-extending tab affixed to the exterior surface of the hoop member, where the tab has a through hole. The hoop member is sized so as to fit within and engage with two opposing like-shaped lids to form a closed structure. According to one aspect of the invention, two lids are repurposed candle lids that would otherwise be discarded, and the closed structure forms an ornamental apparatus such as a holiday decoration.
DISPENSER TIPS AND METHODS OF USE
A dispenser is provided, having a product chamber and an applicator tip. The product chamber has at least two walls, connected by at least one seal. The product chamber can be shaped in any geometric form or commercially acceptable form, such as a popular character. Optionally the product chamber includes at least one second seal, internal to the first seal. An internal expansion spring is optionally disposed in the product chamber, providing a retraction or vacuum function. The applicator tip is optionally an inverted tip, an applicator dispenser tip, a brush applicator tip, a shaped dispenser tip, a rolling dispenser applicator tip, an atomizing applicator tip, a flow applicator tip, a tear applicator tip, or a shaker applicator tip. The applicator tips optionally have various shapes.
Beverage bottle, a method of manufacturing a beverage bottle and a method of designing an illustration
