Hinged closure for a container
A hinged closure is disclosed for a container. The hinged closure comprises a first closure and a second closure. An internal closure hinge pivotably couples the first closure with the second closure. An exterior closure hinge pivotably couples the second closure with the container. A first locking member is couple to the interior edge of the first closure. A second locking member is coupled to the second closure. The first locking member engages with the second locking member for preventing pivoting of the first closure relative to the second closure and covering the container chamber and prevents access into the container chamber of the container. The first locking member disengaging with the second locking member for permitting pivoting of the first closure relative to the second closure and permitting access into the container chamber of the container and defines a reduced closure height relative to the container.
Single-Walled Disposable Cooler Made Of Fiber-Based Material And Method Of Making A Single-Walled Disposable Cooler Made Of Fiber-Based Material
A single-walled disposable cooler is provided and generally includes a body and a lid. The body is generally made from a pulp-based material or fiber-based material and includes a base and a plurality of support walls coupled to the base. At least one of the plurality of support walls includes a substantially planar surface. The plurality of support walls and the base define an interior cavity of the body, while the plurality of support walls extend upwardly from the base to form an opening at an upper terminus of the body in fluid communication with the interior cavity. The lid is also made from the pulp-based material or fiber-based material and corresponds with the body. The lid is shaped to cover the opening of the body.
FOOTREST WITH INSULATED COMPARTMENT
A footrest apparatus is formed by a base structure and a padded upper panel. The base structure has an insulated compartment therein with an insulated cover to keep articles cool or warm therein. A hinge mechanism connected between the base and panel releasably locks the panel in an upward position.
Folded leak-proof container with side handles and a top handle
The following summary concerns the development of a folded leak-proof container (46) that consists of one piece of fiberboard or cardboard (1) containing slits and folds that produce the center panel (3), the top panel (4), the bottom panel (5), the side panels (6 and 7), and the end panels (8-15), the latter of which contain lengthwise slits (18-25) to be folded in order to form the side handles of the container (46); the container may also include a top handle (2). The main function of the container (46) is to keep cool, transport, and cool items that must be refrigerated; it can do so through the addition of ice or any coolant compatible with the material used to manufacture the container.
STORAGE CONTAINER WITH FLOATING LATCH
A storage container includes a base having an interior storage volume, a lid, and a latch configured to move between an unsecured position in which the lid is movable from the closed position and a secured position in which the lid is retained in the closed position. The latch is configured to extend through an aperture defined by the lid and the base. The latch includes an extended edge to prevent the latch from passing entirely through the aperture. The latch is captured by the lid and floats within the lid portion of the aperture. The latch also includes a resilient portion configured to engage an opening in the base portion of the aperture to selectively retain the lid and the body in the closed position when the latch is in the secured position.
BEVERAGE CONTAINER PACKAGING
Beverage container packing assemblies and methods are disclosed. An assembly includes a bottom tray defining first compartments. The first compartments are configured to receive a first portion of a beverage container. The assembly includes a center support defining through holes. The through holes are configured to receive a second portion of a beverage container. The center support is configured to accommodate a thermo pack between a first row and a second row of the through holes. The assembly includes a top tray defining second compartments. The second compartments are configured to receive a third portion of a beverage container.
Pallet container for the transport of temperature-sensitive products
Pallet container 1 for the transport of temperature-sensitive products, which pallet container 1 comprises at least one side part 21, one bottom part 22, one top part 23 and one lid part 24, each having at least one vacuum insulation panel 3 disposed therein, and wherein the at least one side part 21, the bottom part 22 and the top part 23 comprise a common stop rim portion 4, at which stop rim portion 4 the lid part 24 comes to rest partially or fully circumferentially, characterized in that the pallet container 1 comprises at least one edge protection element 7 in order to distribute a load applied by a tensioning element 6.
Thermal pizza slice container apparatus
A thermal pizza slice container apparatus for transporting a pizza slice and maintaining temperature includes a base having a base bottom side, a base sidewall, and an open base top side defining a base cavity. The base bottom side is sector-shaped and configured to accommodate a slice of pizza. A bottom lip is coupled to a perimeter of the open base top side. A lid has a lid top side, a lid sidewall, and an open lid bottom side defining a lid cavity. The lid top side is sector-shaped and conforms to the base bottom side. The lid sidewall has a flared lower portion that is selectively engageable with the bottom lip to seal and alternatively unseal the base cavity and the lid cavity. The base and the lid are each comprised of an outer shell layer and an inner insulation layer.
Vacuum cooler
A cooler capable of achieving a sufficient temperature gradient between an inside of the cooler and an outside of the cooler such that at least a partial vacuum forms within the cooler may include an enclosure defined by at least one wall and a lid. The lid may form a relatively airtight seal with a wall of the cooler when in a closed position. A vacuum release assembly may be disposed in one of the walls or lid of the cooler, the assembly being capable of reducing a pressure differential between the enclosure and the outside of the cooler.
