Wine container aerator and closure assembly
12138601 · 2024-11-12 ·

A closure mechanism for a wine storage container having two fluid channels provides a compressive structure to apply a compressive force to a delayed valve actuation mechanism having an actuation plate, a support plate, and a valve plate. The actuation plate may be partially rotated before beginning to open or close the fluid openings. The first fluid channel permits wine to flow from the lower portion of the storage container, through an aerator, and through a valve cap assembly. The second fluid channel permits air to flow into the valve cap assembly to the aerator, and to vent the container. The valve cap assembly includes a decorative cap with a liquid outlet port positioned 180 degrees from a vent inlet port. In a fully open orientation, the liquid outlet port is positioned over the first fluid channel, and the vent inlet port is positioned over the second fluid channel.

PORTABLE DRINK HOLDER

A portable drink holder for a drinkable liquid having a first removable reservoir for storing the liquid at a first end of the holder, a second removable reservoir at a second end of the holder for receiving the liquid and a cooling cartridge having a plurality of passageways for selectively transporting liquid from the first reservoir to the second reservoir. The cooling cartridge including a cooling medium so that the liquid transitions to a second temperature lower than the first temperature as it flows from the first reservoir to the second reservoir.

Bottle with insulative body

A bottle extends along a longitudinal axis and includes an insulative body extending axially between a base and a neck of the bottle. The body includes radially outwardly facing first surfaces spaced axially apart from one another, and a radially outwardly facing second surface radially smaller than, and located axially between, the first surfaces. The body also includes a plurality of projections projecting from the second surface and collectively establishing a radially outwardly facing third surface radially larger than the second surface, and parting line bridges projecting radially outwardly from the second surface, diametrically opposed to one another, and extending axially between the first surfaces. A label is carried by the body over at least a portion of the third surface, wherein a continuous insulation volume is established between the label and the second surface, and extends continuously over more than 90 angular degrees around the bottle.

Transparent scannable beverage container with multiple interchangeable multifunctional lids

A beverage container includes a transparent cylindrical acrylic body sized to fit into a cup-holder of a vehicle, a transparent skin sized to encase a portion of an outer surface of the body, a transparent handle, a transparent lid sized to seal a chamber defined by the body, a transparent latch, and a transparent rubber or plastic cover sized to be placed onto the lid. The container is scannable by an x-ray machine or a metal detector for inspecting the container and the a beverage in the chamber, and permits a visual inspection of the liquid through the container. The latch permits the beverage to exit the lid through an orifice for the beverage to be consumed when the latch is open configuration. The orifice is sized to permit a straw to be inserted through the orifice to consume the beverage.

The disclosure includes an insulated container for beverages and the like. The container includes a double-walled vacuum vessel with a handle and an offset dispensing opening at the top of the vessel. The opening is sealable with a cap. A tether can be provided to secure the cap to the handle.

Drink insulator stabilizer system and method
09687097 · 2017-06-27 ·

A drink insulator stabilizer system is provided. In one embodiment, the stabilizer system includes a clip that attaches to the bottom portion of a drink insulator, and includes a pair of pivoting spikes on an underside of the clip. The spikes may be pivoted from a horizontal position within longitudinal indentations on an underside of the clip to a vertical position pointed downwardly from the clip, so that the spikes may be inserted into the ground to stabilize an insulated drink. In another embodiment, the pivoting spikes are positioned under the bottom portion of a drink insulator. In use, a user may rotate the spikes to a vertical position for use while the insulated drink is on the ground, and the spikes may rotate to a horizontal position and may snap fit into the longitudinal indentations for transport and storage purposes, when stabilization is not required.

CONTAINER WITH MAGNETIC CAP AND CONTAINER HOLDER

A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The container can be sealed by a lid structure and the lid structure may include a rotatable handle. The container may further have a holder used to engage the container and the holder and container may be configured to lock to each other.

Container with magnetic cap

A container having a canister can be configured to retain a volume of liquid. The canister can be sealed by a lid structure, and the lid structure can have a spout opening. The spout opening may be sealed by a removably-coupled cap. Further, the cap may have a magnetic top surface configured to magnetically couple to a recess on the top surface of the lid for temporary storage of the cap when manually removed from the spout opening.
