The holder body protects and further insulates the drinking vessel. The drinking vessel contains a beverage and insulates the beverage. The plurality of impact ridges increases the force and trauma of the apparatus against an attacker. The at least one light source illuminates the surrounding environment of the apparatus so that a user may accurately impact the plurality of impact ridges, as well as the holder body against an attacker. The microcontroller and the power source allow the at least one light source to operate. The apparatus further includes a lid that protects and contains the drinking vessel within the holder body.

A beverage container assembly is provided comprising a beverage container body, a stopper member removably attachable to the beverage container to seal a beverage container aperture thereof, and a thermal insulation member removably attachable to an upper body portion of the beverage container body. The thermal insulation member has a sidewall extending downwardly from an upper portion and defining a downwardly opening cavity within which the upper body portion and the stopper are positioned. The present embodiments describe an insulated drinking vessel and a multifunction lid. In an embodiment, the drinking vessel can be configured to receive a multifunction lid. The multifunction lid may, in one embodiment, include a first opening having a first cover. The first cover is movably disposed on the lid in at least a first and second position, where the first opening is larger when the first cover is in its first position than when in its second position. In an embodiment, the multifunction lid may additionally include a second opening for drinking or sipping directly through the lid. In an embodiment, the lid may include a second cover for covering the second opening in a first position and for allowing access to the fluid through the second opening in a second position. In an embodiment, liquid in said container dispenses more rapidly from the second opening when the first cover is in its first position than when in its second position.

The sports shaker cup includes a base container that contains a drink that is desired to be consumed, a lid removably secured over the top opening of the base container, the lid includes a drinking spout, a handle and a spout cover, the spout cover includes a fitted plug adapted to cover the drinking spout and prevents the drink from coming out of the drinking spout and debris from coming through the drinking spout and into the drink contained in the base container. The sports shaker cup includes a seal attached underneath the lid and prevents the drink from leaking from the lid and the sports shaker cup, the seal allows the lid to snap on and off of the top opening of the base container.
