Beverage container closure
A beverage container closure or lid that is adapted for closing an open end of a beverage container. The lid is selectively couplable to the beverage container and includes a selectively openable stopper that when closed, creates a fluid-tight seal between the beverage container and the environment. The stopper may be selectively opened by a user by the user pressing a button disposed on a side of the beverage container closure. The stopper is subsequently automatically closed when the user releases the button. Thus, a user may open and close the beverage container closure using a single hand without the need to remove the beverage container closure from the beverage container.

Reusable Cup
The present invention relates to a reusable cup comprising a cup body formed from a liquid impervious, flexible material, the cup having an upper portion, a middle portion and a base portion, and having foldable pre-forms arranged so as to define at least a first folding hinge around a first circumferential location interposed between the middle portion and the upper portion, and a second folding hinge around a second circumferential location, separate from the first circumferential location, interposed between the base portion and the middle portion, an outer peripheral band is formed around the middle portion of the cup to provide a central band, wherein the cup body is foldable into itself, at the circumferential locations, so as to adopt a nested, concentric form.
Two-in-one drinking vessel
A two-in-one drinking vessel having a body portion with a sidewall forming an outer compartment, and an inner compartment disposed within the outer compartment. The inner compartment may be fixedly or removably attached to the body, or attached to a lid. Each of the compartments may be open at the top and may have a threaded upper portion by which the lid can be attached. The outside of the lid may sealably attach to the outer compartment, and a fluid passage on the inside of the lid may sealably attach to the inner compartment. At least two orifices having closures, one connected to the outer compartment and one connected to the fluid passage, may be disposed on the lid, which may allow a user to drink from the outer compartment out of one orifice and the inner compartment out of another orifice.
Micro-structured surface with improved insulation and condensation resistance
This invention is a micro-featured surface with improved insulation and condensation resistance comprising: a micro-structure included with the substrate having an arrangement of a first set of micro-features and a second set of micro-features; a first micro-feature horizontal cross section taken from the group consisting of a circle, oval, polygon, and concave portion; a condensation rate less than 0.15 grams when measure by an ambient test method; and an improved hold time of 23.00% or greater as shown by hold testing wherein a micro-feature density is in a range of 5.00% to 25.00%.
Cup
Cup having a base and an adjoining shell, it being possible for the shell to be provided with a mouth roll at its opposite end to the base and to be configured with a single layer or multiple layers, at least one layer of the shell being produced from paper or cardboard or other comparable materials, at least one layer of the shell being provided with elevations and/or depressions substantially over its entire height and at least approximately the entire circumference, the difference in depth between the maximum elevation or depression and the material layer or the depression or elevation varying over the height of the shell and/or over the circumference, and it being possible for the mouth roll to be formed integrally on the inner layer or the only layer.
INSULATED CONTAINER
A formulation includes a base resin, a nucleating agent, and a blowing agent. The formulation can be used to form a container.
Combination marketing beverage container and game carrier
A beverage container suitable for containing a beverage or beverage vessel, wherein the beverage container includes at least two separate displays, one of which is extendable and retractable. The container may further include a stowage compartment for stowing travel games or other objects.
