A beverage sleeve provides a device for a consumer to use in connection with a hot or cold beverage. The sleeve is operable to keep the hot beverage container cool to the touch for the consumer while keeping a cold beverage dry to the touch of the consumer. A method of manufacturing produces the improved sleeve. The sleeve includes marketing opportunities by providing advertising indicia that are interfacable with the consumer and a marketing network.

Beverage systems and kits and methods of using the same. A beverage system of the present disclosure includes a container configured to retain a beverage, the container having an outer wall and an internal threaded section above a non-threaded inner wall section; a threaded gasket having a threaded portion and an outer curved profile, the threaded portion configured to engage the internal threaded section of the container when coupled thereto; and a lid having an extension portion extending from a cover portion, the extension portion having a seal positioned thereon, the seal configured to engage the non-threaded inner wall section of the container when coupled thereto.

A removable beverage container cover includes: a solid strip stabilizing component, a handle component, wherein the solid strip stabilizing component is hingeably connected to the handle component by a hinge arrangement that joins the handle component with the solid strip stabilizing component, a cover component that is operatively coupled to the stabilizing component and the handle component, and a releasable coupling component, wherein the releasable coupling component is physically attached to or coupled with the solid strip stabilizing component, and wherein the releasable coupling component is used to attach the removable beverage container cover to a bottle or can.

Gaskets and beverage container systems and kits comprising gaskets. An exemplary gasket of a beverage container insulating system disclosed herein includes a gasket body comprising a generally cylindrical shape, a gasket opening, and an inner wall that faces a central axis of the gasket body, at least one set of protrusions positioned on the inner wall and extending radially inward toward the central axis of the gasket body, the first set of protrusions defining at least one pressure-alleviating gap.

A disposable beverage container sleeve has a substantially rectangular upper body and a gusset. The upper body has a vertical upper body fold line and an integrated upper body flap along a first vertical edge of the upper body. The upper body flap is adapted to fold over a second vertical edge of the upper body and is affixed to the upper body proximate the second vertical edge. The gusset is formed from a first gusset portion and a second gusset portion, the first and second gusset portions being integrated with and depending from a lower edge of the upper body on opposing sides of the vertical upper body fold line. The gusset further comprises a gusset support band formed by at least one thickness of the first gusset portion and at least one thickness of the second gusset portion.

A beverage holder with an insulating sleeve holds a beverage container and a magnetic mount to magnetically secure the insulating sleeve with the beverage container therein to a ferromagnetic support structure. The magnetic mount comprises an exterior housing located outside the insulating sleeve and on a lateral wall of the insulating sleeve. A magnet is carried by the exterior housing and located outside of the insulating sleeve. An interior backing is located on an interior of the insulating sleeve and fastened to the exterior housing through the insulating sleeve. The exterior housing and the interior backing sandwich a portion of the lateral wall of the insulating sleeve.

A method for forming a device that is releasably attachable to a ferromagnetic surface comprises providing an object formed from one or more flexible or compressible materials, positioning a magnet between the object and a heat-activated adhesive patch, and applying heat and pressure to the patch to fuse the patch to the object around the magnet.

The present disclosed subject matter relates to an apparatus and system for maintaining cleanliness when using commercial beverage containers.
