Systems and methods for facilitating fluid flow during enhanced detection and quantification of analytes
Devices, systems, and methods for detecting molecules of interest within a collected sample are described herein. In certain embodiments, self-contained sample analysis systems are disclosed, which include a reusable reader component, a disposable cartridge component, and a disposable sample collection component. The reader component may communicate with a remote computing device for the digital transmission of test protocols and test results. In various disclosed embodiments, the systems, components, and methods are configured to identify the presence, absence, and/or quantity of particular nucleic acids, proteins, or other analytes of interest, for example, in order to test for the presence of one or more pathogens or contaminants in a sample.
DISPENSER CONTAINER HAVING RETRACTABLE NOZZLE
A dispenser container having a retractable nozzle is proposed. The container is configured such that an air pumping part (30) is coupled and secured to an upper portion of a container body (10) by a locking cap (20), a guide cap (20) configured to be movable up and down is coupled to the outer surface of the locking cap (20) at a location outside the locking cap, and a nozzle cap (50) configured to pressurize and operate the air pumping part while being rotated and being moved up and down in conjunction with the guide cap is coupled to an upper portion of the guide cap (40) at a location outside the guide cap so that the nozzle (60) coupled to the nozzle coupling hole formed at the side of the nozzle cap is extended and retracted in response to the rotation of the nozzle cap.
CONTAINER CONSTRUCTION WITH ELEVATING BAG
The invention is drawn to a container comprising a bottom wall and at least one sidewall connected to the bottom wall which form a container interior. The sidewall terminates in a rolled edge opposite the bottom wall and has an inner and an outer surface. A flexible bag having an open end is disposed within the interior of the container. A slide ring comprises a circumferential portion which is substantially vertical or vertical and a finger extending therefrom and is affixed to the open end of the bag and disposed adjacent the outer surface of the sidewall, below the rolled edge. The finger of the slide ring is angled inwardly toward the sidewall and frictionally engages the sidewall. Vertical adjustment of the slide ring vertically adjusts the bag within the interior of the container.
Chip Container Helper
A snack dispensing insert positioned within a container, such that the snack dispensing insert holds and dispenses snack media housed within the container is presented. The snack dispensing insert contains an insert body, a handle, and a base. The handle is connected terminally opposite to the base, along the insert body. The base is connected perpendicular to the insert body. The snack dispensing insert is made out of a sheet-like material that is flexible and food-safe. This sheet-like material may take the form of biodegradable polymers, foils, papers, cardboard or any other suitable material. The snack dispensing insert allows a user to pull the snack dispensing insert out of the container, partially or entirely, such that the snack media is easily accessible by the user. Additionally, the snack dispensing insert also serves as a standalone snack tray, allowing the user to place the snack dispensing insert along a flat surface.
Vessels and methods for cryopreservation
An article including either a frame having an interior cavity, and a flexible liner situated within the interior cavity; or a deformable frame having an interior cavity. Either frame can receive a sample, such as liquid having suspended live cells, and cooling freezes the sample to a solid sample. The solid sample can be readily ejected from the article having either a frame with the flexible liner, or the deformable frame, without extensive thawing. The solid sample can be rapidly displaced from the article.
Piston for a collapsible cartridge
A piston for a collapsible cartridge for dispensing a material, the piston includes a rigid portion and a flexible portion. The rigid portion has a first diameter, a first end and a second end. The first end is configured to be disposed in a material dispensing direction. The flexible portion has a second diameter less than the first diameter, a first end disposed in the material dispensing direction and a second end disposed in an opposite direction. The flexible portion is disposed on the first end of the rigid portion such that the second end of the flexible portion is disposed to face the first end of the rigid portion. The flexible portion is configured to radially expand and longitudinally compress upon a force applied to the first end of the flexible portion to compress the collapsible cartridge between the flexible portion and an interior surface of a support cartridge.
COUPLING DEVICE FOR DISPENSING OF FOOD
The present invention relates to a coupling device (1) for connection to a flexible container (3) comprising a plastic foil for dispense of food product (2) in fluid form out of the same, comprising an outlet valve (10) with a first end comprising at least one hole-creating part (11) for penetration of the container on connection to the same and a through-flow channel (20) which merges into a second end for further transfer of food product.
Cartridges, kits, and methods for enhanced detection and quantification of analytes
