Double walled container

A double walled container has a container bottom that is blow molded after an intermediate portion of a parison in the vertical direction is sandwiched by a split mold from the horizontal direction; at least a portion of the container bottom is sandwiched by the split mold; the container bottom has a bottom projection on the underside of the container bottom made of the outer layer of a rigid outer layer container and the outer layer of a flexible inner layer container; in the bottom projection, an extended portion of the rigid outer layer container and an extended portion of the flexible inner layer container have protrusions and recesses of different heights in the horizontal direction; and the protrusions and recesses are combined so that the extended portions of the rigid outer layer container and the flexible inner layer container do not shift vertically with respect to each other.

A method and apparatus of making an aerosol container. A polymeric container may be provided. The container may have a closed end bottom and a neck longitudinally opposed to the closed end bottom. The container has an internal container volume. A valve and a bag may be provided and a portion of the valve and the bag may be disposed within the container. The bag has a first bag volume. A portion of the at least one of the neck and the bag may contact a portion of the valve to form a temporary seal. Propellant may be introduced into the container. The bag may be collapsed from the first bag volume to a second bag volume. The pressure of the propellant and the pressure within the bag equilibrate. The valve may be joined to the container and the propellant may be sealed within the container.

Vapor-liquid mixture-based constant pressure hydropneumatics system

A constant pressure system includes a pressure vessel with a vapor-liquid mixture used to provide pressure forces instead of compressed air that is typically used. The vapor-liquid mixture can be a number of substances, such as nitrous oxide, so long as the mixture exists in both the liquid and vapor phases. Importantly, the vapor-liquid mixture must maintain a constant pressure during the dispensing of fluids from the tank, so that the fluids are dispensed at the same constant pressure. As a result, the fluids within the tank can be dispensed at the same pressure as that of the vapor-liquid mixture within the tank, or scaled to a higher or lower pressure value through the use of a pressure-converter valve within the system.

MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR DOUBLE WALLED CONTAINER

A manufacturing method of double walled container comprises preparing a parison having a rigid outer layer and a flexible inner layer, enclosing the parison within a mold including split mold halves, thereby forming a molded parison including a pre-blow cylindrical section, a pre-blow conical bottom section, a pre-blow bottom projection, and a lower parison excessive burr, blowing gas into an inside of the molded parison, thereby forming a blown parison including a cylindrical section and a bottom section, the bottom section including a bottom projection, and removing the lower parison excessive burr from the blown parison, wherein the flexible inner layer is fixed to the rigid outer layer in the bottom projection.

Disclosed is a fluid bag including a main body having a fluid storage space capable of containing a fluid, an air storage space capable of containing air, and a pressing bag capable of inflating to press the main body when the air storage space is filled with the air, wherein the pressing bag is integrally connected to the main body, and wherein the air storage space includes one or more unit spaces connected to each other and spatially divided by boundary lines. According to the present invention, the main body may be pressed within a short time without excessively inflating the pressing bag, and a user may not feel anxious that the pressing bag would excessively inflate and burst.

Liquid supply apparatus

There is provided a liquid supply apparatus eliminating the need for a power supply, having relatively light weight and small footprint, and ensuring a stable liquid supply. The liquid supply apparatus includes a first support member, a second support member, a balloon having one end supported by the first support member and the other end supported by the second support member, and a casing having a constant longitudinal length. The balloon is disposed in the casing and is configured so as to be able to hold a liquid therein and discharge the liquid therefrom. When the balloon holds the liquid, the one end and the other end of the balloon are positioned in the case.

Devices and methods for dispensing a fluidly dispensable material under pressure but without using a gas propellant are presented. In some embodiments an elastic sleeve is utilized to impart pressure to a bag of dispensable material positioned within the sleeve. Pressure so created pressurizes contents of the bag, which can then be dispensed through a valve. Methods for manufacturing various embodiments are presented.
