LAMINATION SEPARATION CONTAINER
The present invention provides a delaminatable container capable of inhibiting reduction in aroma constituents of contents. According to the present invention, provided is the delaminatable container comprising an outer layer and an inner layer and having an inner bag which is composed of the inner layer and configured to contract with a decrease in the contents. The inner layer comprises, as an innermost layer, an inner EVOH layer composed of EVOH resin, and the EVOH resin contained in the inner EVOH layer has an ethylene content of equal to or less than 34 mol %.
PROPELLANT-FREE PRESSURIZED MATERIAL DISPENSER
A device for dispensing a material under pressure comprises one or more elastic portions defining a chamber within which the material is to be contained, and one or more non-elastic portions that are coupled to the elastic portion(s). The device optionally and preferably also includes an outlet for dispensing the material out of the chamber. When the material is contained within the chamber, the elastic portion(s) is stretched to apply inwardly directed compressive forces and urge a reduction in a volume of the chamber.
AEROSOL VALVE CONFIGURATIONS
A propellant free continuous dispensing device comprises an inner bag surrounded by an elastic sleeve containing fluid under pressure, a valve attached to the inner bag to controllably release fluid, the valve mounted in a mounting cup, a package enclosing the inner bag and elastic sleeve which may be of non-metallic material, a flange closing the package at one end, the flange being sized for the mounting cup to fit within the flange, and wherein the flange and the mounting cup are provided with complementary shapes to allow for location of the mounting cap into the flange.
DEVICE WITH CO-MOLDED CLOSURE, ONE-WAY VALVE AND VARIABLE-VOLUME STORAGE CHAMBER, AND RELATED METHOD
A device includes a first part having a co-molded first support, valve cover and elastic actuator, and a second part having an injection molded second support, valve seat, and variable-volume storage chamber pre-form. The pre-form is blow molded into a flexible pouch defining the variable-volume storage chamber. The one-way valve includes a semi-annular, curvilinear, relatively rigid valve seat defining axially-extending, opposing first marginal portions, and an axially-extending first mid-portion angularly extending between the opposing first marginal portions. A flexible valve member is superimposed on the valve seat and defines axially-extending, opposing second marginal portions fixedly secured on or adjacent to respective first marginal portions of the valve seat, and an axially-extending second mid-portion angularly extending between the opposing first marginal portions and superimposed onto the first mid-portion of the valve seat. The flexible valve cover and valve seat form a normally closed axially and angularly extending valve seam therebetween.
Container with spray valve
The present disclosure provides a dispenser for pressurized material. In an embodiment, the dispenser for pressurized material includes a container half having an exposed edge and a closure member at the exposed edge. The container half has a cup half in an interior top portion. The dispenser includes a reciprocal container half having a reciprocal exposed edge and a reciprocal closure member at the reciprocal exposed edge. The reciprocal container half has a reciprocal cup half in an interior top portion. The closure member and the reciprocal closure member matingly engage along the exposed edges to attach the container half to the reciprocal container half and form a container. The dispenser includes a sleeve bag on valve (SBoV) assembly in an interior of the container. The SBoV assembly includes a valve seat. The cup and the reciprocal cup support the valve seat to secure the SBoV assembly in the container.
Propellant-free pressurized material dispenser
A device for dispensing a material under pressure, including at least one elastic portion defining at least one wall of a chamber defining a volume within which the material is to be contained; and at least one non-elastic portion coupled to the at least one elastic portion and affecting a geometry of one or both of the elastic portion and of the chamber; wherein, at least when the material is contained within the chamber, the at least one elastic portion is stretched so as to urge a reduction in volume of the chamber by at least 70%. The non-elastic portion is optionally rigid.
Pouch assembly and container device using same
The present disclosure relates to a pouch assembly for storing a liquid and a container device using the same. A pouch assembly according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a pouch unit which is formed of an elastic material and in which a charging space for charging the liquid is formed. The pouch unit includes a pouch unit body in which the charging space and a pouch-side opening communicating with the charging space on one side thereof are formed, a pouch-side catch which is formed on one side of the pouch unit body and in which an outer circumferential side thereof in a state in which the pouch-side catch surrounds the pouch-side opening further extends outward from an outer surface side of the pouch unit body, and a selective sealing unit which is disposed at an upper side of the pouch-side catch and selectively opens/closes the pouch-side opening.
DEVICE
A refill package for liquid products, comprising: (a) a rigid outer container comprising an inside face, an opening, and an air intake means; wherein the opening comprises a removable closure and wherein the air intake means comprises a sealable orifice and a sealing mechanism, and (b) a flexible inner body, for containing a liquid product; wherein the flexible inner body is joined to the rigid outer container around the opening.
Canister Device for Producing Sclerosing Foam
The present invention relates to a canister device that is suitable for producing sclerosing foam for intravenous injection, in the treatment of varicose veins and other venous disorders. The canister device for producing therapeutic foam, the device comprises a pressurisable chamber containing sclerosant liquid and physiologically acceptable gas; a foam pathway through which the liquid and the gas may pass from the chamber to the exterior of the device, the pathway including a gas-liquid interface at which the liquid and the gas are mixed and foam is formed; and a mechanism by which the pathway can be opened or closed, such that, when the chamber is pressurised and the pathway is open, the liquid and the gas are forced to pass along the pathway to the exterior of the device; characterised in that an expandable compartment is located within the chamber, the compartment comprising an internal space that is in fluid communication with the exterior of the device through a fluid inlet located on the exterior of the device and that is not in fluid communication with the liquid or the gas, wherein in use fluid is introduced through the fluid inlet to expand the compartment and pressurize the chamber. The device is only pressurized at the point of use and therefore avoid problems associated with shipment and storage of pressurized medical grade gases.
ATOMIZED SPRAY FOR GRIP ENHANCEMENT
Provided by the invention are systems for applying antiperspirant grip enhancement compositions to a selected skin treatment area. Application of the antiperspirant grip enhancement composition is accomplished by forming the composition into a mist or spray using an atomizing spray dispenser.
