The bag support includes a base defining a first portion of the curved surface of the bag support and an extension defining a second portion of the curved surface of the bag support, the extension being moveable to selectively increase and decrease the area of the curved surface of the bag support to accommodate different bag sizes.
PIERCING NOZZLE SYSTEM, DEVICE AND METHOD
A piercing nozzle configured to pierce a material containing package and for dispensing the material contained in the package utilizing a dispensing device. The piercing nozzle includes a nozzle sidewall, a nozzle end wall defining an internal nozzle cavity configured to receive an end of the package, a male portion extending from the end wall, and multiple piercing projections extend into the nozzle cavity. The piercing projections are configured to pierce the package when compressed thereagainst, allowing the material in the package to be dispensed through a nozzle opening. The male portion includes a first section extending from the end wall, and a thread section narrower than the first section. The piercing nozzle can be attachable to a dispensing end of the dispensing device, and a moveable plunger is configured to compress the package against the piercing nozzle.
CONTAINER WITH A PRODUCT PACKAGED IN SAME
A container with a product packaged therein, including: a rigid cylindrical container having a bottom, a side wall and a lid; a flexible liner; a pasty product which is enclosed by the liner and arranged in the container; wherein the container moreover includes an insert which is arranged on the bottom and below the product enclosed in the liner, and which has a substantially round circular outline smaller than the bottom, and which is arranged so as to be substantially centric on the bottom in such a way that there is a spacing between the insert and the side wall.
Dropper of eye drops
A dropper of eye drops comprises an eye drops storage for storing eye drops, which has an opening at the top and an eye drop outlet at the bottom; an elastic seal assembly installed inside the eye drop storage and forming a space for storing the eye drops together with the eye drop outlet; a pressing device installed at the top of the eye drop storage and configured to press the elastic seal assembly so as to compress the space for storing the eye drops, such that the eye drops are dropped out of the eye drop outlet. The dropper of eye drops eye drops by means of pressing the pressing device, and thus can be operated simply and safely, time- and energy-saving, and avoid waste. In addition, the dropper of eye drops has a simple design in structure and is convenient for use.
METERING CONTAINER AND METERING DEVICE
The invention relates to a metering container for mixtures of food products and liquids, a metering device for mixtures of food products and liquids and a method for metering mixtures of food products and liquids.
FOIL CARTRIDGE, SUPPORT SLEEVE AND CARTRIDGE SYSTEM
A foil cartridge fillable with at least one fluid includes a foil bag as a cartridge shell and a rigid head part. The head part includes an outlet opening for emptying the fluid of the foil cartridge and an external thread for fastening the foil cartridge to a support sleeve. The foil bag is fixed to the head part in the region of the external thread.
Elastic bladder dispenser
A dispensing system for dispensing an associated substantially viscous product includes a dispensing system housing and a first container. The first container is disposed within the dispensing system housing and has an elastically deformable wall defining a changeable volume for containing the associated product. The elastically deformable wall is expandable between an unexpanded state and an expanded state. The first container includes an outlet through which the associated product is expelled. Potential energy stored in the deformable wall in the expanded state is operable to expel the associated product from the first container through the outlet. The dispensing system includes a selectively engage-able valve operatively fluidly connected to the outlet for controlling the expulsion of a predetermined amount of the associated product from the outlet. An actuator is operatively coupled to the valve to selectively engage the valve.
FLUID DISPENSER WITH ISOLATION MEMBRANE
The combination of a container of a first volume and a fluid containment and dispensing apparatus includes a flexible bag having an inner wall, an outer wall and a collar. The collar comprises a plurality of components, including a collar body, a flange that is attached to the bag, and a top plate having a first aperture therein configured to for connection to a first fluid carrying conduit, the fluid carrying conduit providing for egress of fluid from the bag. The container comprises walls the walls having inner and outer surfaces, and the collar body extends from a wall of the container. The container provides at least one second aperture providing for ingress and egress of fluid to and from a space situated between the outer surface of the bag and the inner surface of the container and the apparatus further comprises fastening means to fasten the collar components together.
BONE CEMENT APPLICATOR WITH THREE-WAY VALVE FOR PRESSURE RELIEF
Bone cement applicators and methods apply a bone cement dough in the region of the spine. The applicators and method have at least one tubular cartridge with an internal space, containing starting components of the bone cement, at least one dispensing plunger that is mobile in longitudinal direction on the inside of the at least one cartridge, a hose, an application opening through which the bone cement dough is applicable, a three-way valve being arranged in the hose or on a side of the hose facing the at least one cartridge and in fluid connection with the opening of the at least one cartridge and/or a collecting container arranged on the three-way valve for accommodation of bone cement dough. The three-way valve is appropriately designed and/or arranged in the bone cement applicator such that it, being in a first position, provides a fluid connection between the application opening and the opening of the at least one cartridge and closes a passage to the collecting container and, being in a second position, provides a fluid connection between the application opening and the collecting container and closes a passage to the opening of the at least one cartridge.
GAS CELL DRIVEN FLUID DELIVERY DEVICE FOR SPILL-RESISTANT STORAGE AND USE
An orientation independent delivery device including a replaceable cartridge that may be installed on a foundation. A cartridge includes a gas chamber, a delivery chamber, a gas cell, and a delivery aperture. The gas chamber includes a gas-side rigid portion and a gas-side flexible barrier. The gas-side flexible barrier is sealed to the gas-side rigid portion. The delivery chamber includes a delivery-side rigid portion and a delivery-side flexible barrier. The delivery-side flexible barrier is sealed to the delivery-side rigid portion and is oriented adjacent to the gas-side flexible barrier. The gas cell is coupled to the gas-side rigid portion of the gas chamber. The gas cell increases a gas pressure within the gas chamber to expand the gas-side flexible barrier. Expansion of the gas-side flexible barrier applies a compressive force to the delivery-side flexible barrier allowing a delivery material to escape from the delivery chamber.
