Pivoting cap with locking mechanism for medication dispenser
A pivoting cap with locking mechanism for medication dispenser including a male and a female cap assembly secured by a pivot assembly. The male cap assembly is secured on top of a medication dispenser such as prescription bottles. The male cap assembly includes a locking arm with a locking lever attached to a bottom portion thereof, and a top portion. The female cap assembly includes a rotating cap having channels internally disposed. When assembled, the locking arm is received by one of the channels, thereby impeding said rotating cap from turning either direction. To free the rotating cap, a user must apply a radial force upon the lock arm, consequently the locking lever will be displaced inwardly. The user would then twist to move the cap to its respective indicia for its desired scheduling or to their dispensing opening.
Pill container and methods
A child resistant pill container includes a base having individual compartments. A lid rotatably fits over the base and has a closed cover defining one open section. A releasable lock arrangement is between the base and the lid. The lid can be rotated relative to the base to position the open section in the lid over one of the individual compartments in the base.
PACKAGING BOX
A packaging box defines a first axis, a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, and a third axis perpendicular to the first axis and the second axis, and includes an upper cover, a lower cover, wherein the upper cover and the lower cover can be combined together along the third axis to form an internal packaging space therebetween, and at least one spacer provided in the interior of at least one of the upper cover and the lower cover extending along the second axis. When the upper cover and the lower cover are combined, the spacer divides the internal packaging space into at least a left cavity and a right cavity. The packaging box includes opposing front and rear walls extending along the first axis, and opposing right and left walls extending along the second axis.
Storage container for a storage and dispensing station
Storage containers for small piece goods are provided, the storage containers including a housing having a dispensing opening and a separating device disposed in the housing. The separating device includes contact reducing members opposing the dispensing opening, the contact reducing members configured to reduce a contact area between the separating device and small piece goods within the storage container. A pill dispensing assembly for dispensing pills includes a pill housing extending along a pill housing axis and defining a pill housing interior configured to retain pills for dispensing. The pill housing also defines a pill housing outlet configured to allow dispensing of the pills. The pill dispensing assembly also includes a dispensing housing coupled to the pill housing. The dispensing housing defines a dispensing housing outlet spaced from the pill housing outlet with respect to the pill housing axis. The pill dispensing assembly further includes an insert extending along and moveable with respect to an insert axis and disposed between the pill housing outlet and the dispensing housing outlet with respect to said pill housing axis. The insert defines an insert channel that is alignable with the pill housing outlet.

The dispensing housing defines a dispensing housing outlet spaced from the pill housing outlet with respect to the pill housing axis. The pill dispensing assembly further includes an insert extending along and moveable with respect to an insert axis and disposed between the pill housing outlet and the dispensing housing outlet with respect to said pill housing axis. The insert defines an insert channel that is alignable with the pill housing outlet.

A dispenser for BBs eliminates binding because the BBs first fill into a groove of the dispenser that is only wide enough to hold BB's single file. The remaining BBs fall back into the main cavity of the dispenser, allowing the BBs in the groove to pass through the dispenser hole one-by-one.
