An example material sheet dispenser includes: a wall portion configured to form a volume; a first end portion comprising one or more sections attached to a first end of the wall portion and configured to cover a first end of the volume; and a second end portion comprising: a dispensing section attached to a second end of the wall portion and configured to cover a second end of the volume opposite the first end of the volume, and the dispensing section having a dispensing aperture configured to permit dispensing of sheets of a wiping material; and a cover section attached to the wall portion and configured to cover the dispensing aperture.

This device, closing in a tightly sealed way, is easy to use.

A dispenser container ballast for removably providing an additional mass to a light weight dispenser container. The container ballast includes a weighted mass that may be inserted between a sidewall of a dispenser container and a flap secured to the sidewall. The ballast permits single handed dispensing of carried by the dispenser, such as a tissue.

A resealable flap device in the form of a sheet, for applying to or incorporating in packaging, comprises: a base layer 30 of flexible material, and an upper layer 40 of stiff material. The sheet is cut (15) through both layers to outline a flap portion 14, the cut leaving an edge in a hinge region 18, the upper layer being removed behind the line of the hinge region 18. A process arrangement for producing a fiber-reinforced plastic component comprises a stacking station in which pre-impregnated textile semi-finished products can be stacked, and an assembly station in which the semi-finished products can be further processed to form the layered packet.
