A punching-training device is provided, including: a support body, having a seat end and an assembling end; and a punching mechanism, including a first punched member which is freely rotatably assembled to the assembling end and a pad, the first punched member including a body portion disposed around the assembling end, the pad being disposed on and rotatable together with the body portion.

A portable kicking target for shin conditioning during martial arts training, particularly muai thai. The target may be attached to a conventional punching bag to provide target areas of varying hardness, such that, over time, trainee shin bones and the shin area of the legs are conditioned and strengthened. The target comprises a radially spaced-apart pair of impact pockets that are to be repeatedly kicked. Each impact pocket houses a plurality of elongated, generally parallel, plastic impact tubes. One pocket has a plurality of soft tubes, and the other houses a plurality of harder tubes. The kicker's shins are strengthened over time by repeated contact with the impact pockets. Training starts with the softer impact tubes. After the trainee's shins strengthen, the trainee may increase impact force by switching to the harder impact tubes, and eventually micro fractures will develop as conditioning peaks.

A combat sports scoring system according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a striking object performing a striking action, a striking target including a scoring portion which is hit by the striking action, a control part configured to determine a valid hit and calculate a score on the basis of a hit signal output by the striking object and calculate a score, wherein the striking object includes a hit determination device configured to transmit the hit signal including information about the striking action to the control part.

A variable hardness punching bag is disclosed herein. The punching bag comprises a core having a first hardness profile; and at least one auxiliary shell attachable to the core, wherein the at least one auxiliary shell has a second hardness profile different to the first hardness profile. The auxiliary shells include a punching shell and a kicking shell, wherein the punching shell is denser and harder relative to the kicking shell. The punching and kicking shells include attachment straps for facilitating attachment to the core.

A martial arts training system comprising: (a) one or more hand held targets; (b) one or more wearable devices; and (c) trainee log-in hardware installed in said target(s) and said wearable device(s).

A head target with may feature realistic eye targets and a rearward handle for use in martial arts practices. The handle may be constructed in a manner to also allow the use of a wall mount with a plurality of support spurs to support the head target in a realistic posture in a manner to withstand multiple blows from the training individual. A protective device for protecting a proximal interphalangeal joint and a distal interphalangeal joint of a human finger comprises a flexible sheath for wearing around the human finger and at least four motion constraining elements integrated in or secured to the flexible sheath. The motion constraining element is adapted for constraining a lateral and/or rotational deviation motion of a first phalanx with respect to a second phalanx. The motion constraining element covers a lateral side of the flexible sheath at a location corresponding to the joint and is adapted for resisting elongation of the motion constraining element in a longitudinal direction of the flexible sheath. The motion constraining element is bendable in a direction to allow flexion of the joint. The motion constraining elements for the distal interphalangeal joint and for the proximal interphalangeal joint are distinct and separate elements having different points of engagement on the flexible sheath.

The present invention relates to a protective device for protecting a proximal interphalangeal joint and a distal interphalangeal joint of a human finger. The device comprises a flexible sheath for wearing around the human finger and at least four motion constraining elements integrated in or secured to the flexible sheath. An impact resistance sports glove consisting of a striking mass and a fabric or lecture covering for the redirection of a heavy sports ball. The glove features an exterior region for impacting a ball and for an interior palmer region adapted to receive a palm of the hand of the wearer.
