SPRAY DELIVERY SYSTEM
A spray delivery system with minimal pressure loss can is used with an aerosol container having a valve. The system includes a vertically extending conduit having an opening at a lowermost end conduit and two openings through a surface at an opposite end. The surface is disposed at an angle relative to a vertical. The system also has a first horizontally extending conduit communicating with the vertically extending conduit though one of the two openings and a second horizontally extending conduit fluidly communicating with the vertically extending conduit though the other one of the two openings. A manifold defines an inner annular volume and fluidly communicates with the first and second horizontally extending conduits. A spray nozzle insert is in fluid communication with the manifold. The spray nozzle insert has a plurality of blades that radiate inward and connect with a center round well having a sharp end.

Paint dispensing method and apparatus
A paint container for use with a reusable dispensing apparatus, and the reusable dispensing apparatus are provided to dispense paint under pressure. The paint container includes a housing defining an interior space that is devoid of an internal valve, and a combination comprising a propellant combined with paint within the interior space. A container cap is installed on the housing to enclose the propellant combined with the paint within the interior space at an elevated pressure, and defines a channel that cooperates with a portion of the housing. A compressible gasket is disposed within the channel and compressed between the container cap and the portion of the housing to form a seal that interferes with an escape of the propellant combined with the paint between the container cap and the housing. A releasable fastener engages releasably couples the reusable dispensing apparatus to the container cap.

Aerosol can configuration
An aerosol can configuration includes an outer can, an inner container and a spray head with a discharge element. The spray head has an outlet valve connected to the interior of the outer can and an outlet valve connected to the interior of the inner container. The two outlet valves are opened jointly by pressing on the spray head, so that the contents of the outer can and the contents of the inner container jointly enter the discharge element. To form a foam, the outer can contains at least 30-70% by weight isocyanate, in particular diphenylmethane 4,4′-diisocyanate, 3-15% by weight polyol with an OH number of less than 300, and 5-30% by weight liquid gas at a critical temperature of ≥+70° C. At least 5-30% by weight polyol with an OH number of more than 300, and 1-10% by weight liquid gas with a critical temperature of ≥+70° C. are contained in the inner container.

ATOMIZER STRUCTURE AND ATOMIZER HAVING THE SAME
The present application provides an atomizer structure and an atomizer having the same. The atomizer structure includes: a spray assembly including a first cavity; a bottle body configured for containing liquid and configured to be connectable to the spray assembly, the bottle body comprises a second cavity; a first connecting member communicating the first cavity and the second cavity and configured for guiding the liquid contained in the second cavity entering the first cavity, when an air pressure in the first cavity is less than an air pressure in the second cavity; and a second connecting member selectively communicating the first cavity and the second cavity such that remaining liquid in the first cavity entering the second cavity, and configured for preventing the liquid in the second cavity from flowing into the first cavity when the atomizer structure is tilted or inverted.
Preform with valve anti-removal feature
A preform suitable for blow molding into for an outer container usable for a pressurized aerosol dispenser. The preform has a longitudinal axis and a closed end bottom, an open neck. The neck has threads for accepting a valve having complementary threads. At least one pawl or ratchet is operatively juxtaposed with the periphery of the preform. The at least one pawl or ratchet allows onward rotation of the complementary valve in an onward direction, and prevents detachment of the valve in a reverse rotation direction. Any such preform can be blow molded into a corresponding outer container, and any such outer container can be blow molded from a corresponding preform.
