Recyclable aerosol dispensers
A polymeric aerosol dispenser that is recyclable. The recyclable polymeric aerosol dispenser including all polymeric components. These components being selectively either fixedly joined or separably joined based on the material composition of the component. Further, components may be selected for their density and, thus, their ability to float or sink during the recycling process. The recyclable polymeric aerosol dispenser is designed to minimize its impact on the PET recycling stream and to align with industry recyclability guidelines.

Fillable aerosol container
The present invention discloses an aerosol container (100) comprising a body (101) divided into a first chamber (10) and a second chamber (20) by a divider (102), in which the first chamber (10) is under atmospheric pressure and configured to receive a customisable content through an inlet (200) at the body (101) either or both during and after production of the aerosol container (100), and the second chamber (20) is under a pressurised environment and prefilled with a pressurised content; wherein the body (101) includes a mechanism (104) which, when activated, acts on the divider (102) so as to allow mixing of the customisable content and pressurised content to form a mixture to be dispensed from the body (101) through an outlet (300).

Heating of products in an aerosol dispenser and aerosol dispenser containing such heated products
A method of warming food dispensable from an aerosol dispenser. The aerosol dispenser is made from materials which can go into a single recycling stream having a single class of materials, as defined by the Society of the Plastics Industry, and particularly may exclusively comprise Class 1 materials suitable for eating in a microwave oven. Consumer products, such as food, contained in the aerosol dispenser may be heated in a microwave oven prior to dispensing. Upon dispensing, food retains residual heat, and is suitable for eating or further cooking. Other heated products in the aerosol dispenser may be comfortably applied to the skin, used as air freshener, used for cleaning, etc. The aerosol dispenser may have indicia indicating the aerosol dispenser is suitable for microwave heating. The aerosol dispenser can have indicia indicating the aerosol dispenser is suitable for heating in a microwave oven. The indicia may be thermochromic, indicating when a desired temperature has been reached. The aerosol dispenser can have a safety valve, to safely relieve product and/or propellant pressure upon overpressurization in a microwave oven. The safety valve may be single use or reusable.
