Valve for a container
11130623 · 2021-09-28 · ·

A valve for a container for dispensing pressurized fluid includes a housing which is mounted on a valve cup, a hollow stem provided in a passage of the housing which stem has at least one lateral inlet opening at its lower end and an outlet opening at its upper end, and a spring. The housing has a circumferential step-like contour with an outer, lower part and a central, upper part. The valve cup follows essentially the step-like contour line of the housing and ends horizontally on the top of the housing close to the stem and a sealing is provided on the upper side of the housing between the housing and the valve cup and which seals at the same time the valve cup against the housing and the stem against the housing.

CHASSIS FOR AEROSOL DISPENSER AEROSOL DISPENSER HAVING A CHASSIS AND PREFORM CHASSIS FOR AN AEROSOL DISPENSER

An aerosol dispenser, outer container for an aerosol dispenser and a preform for an outer container, each include an open neck at the top and a closed end bottom. The open neck may include a first surface having a first surface diameter, a second surface disposed interior to the first surface and having a second surface diameter less than the first surface diameter, and a transition distinguishing the first surface from the second surface. For a dispenser and a container, a product delivery device may be disposed on the second surface and not interfere with a valve operable by a user when the valve is attached to the open neck in engagement with the first surface. At least one of the first and the second surfaces may be a sealing surface to prevent escape of propellant from the outer container to ambient when a valve is attached.

VALVE BODY TO BE MOUNTED ON A CUP

A valve body intended to be fastened to a cup provided with an opening to form an aerosol generator valve, which includes a tubular body closed at one of its ends by a closure wall provided with an orifice and extending along a main axis (a), has two parts which are separate before assembly of the valve, one being provided with the closure wall (32) and with a portion or all of the tubular body (31), and the other being provided with another closure wall (22) provided with another orifice (23) and, where appropriate, with the rest of the tubular body. Each part is provided with a bearing surface (241) and with fastening means (25, 35). The two parts are fastened to each other by their fastening means (25, 35) while clamping, between their respective bearing surfaces (241, 341), the cup at an annular portion (121) located around the opening.

BAG ON VALVE TECHNOLOGY

A dispenser and a method of delivering an ingredient from a dispenser are disclosed. The dispenser includes a valve assembly including a mounting cup, one or more gaskets, a valve seat, a spring, a housing, and a dip tube. The dispenser container is partly filled with activated carbon, or another adsorbent, and the carrier gas is at a pressure of at least 4 barg, so as to generate a high velocity gas stream, and an ingredient for dispensing is contained in an ingredient containing reservoir. The ingredient containing reservoir is operatively connected to the dispenser container and the dip tube via a first tube and a second tube.

Aerosol dispenser having annular seals and aerosol container therefor

An aerosol container suitable for use as an aerosol dispenser. The aerosol container includes at least a valve and product delivery device joined to an outer container. The valve and product delivery device have respective annular welds or other seals joining the valve and product delivery to the outer container. The welds, or other seals may be concentric, with one circumscribing the other, in the same plane or different planes. Suitable product delivery devices include bags and dip tubes.

AEROSOL SPRAY CAN
20210300670 · 2021-09-30 ·

An aerosol spray can has a can body, a valve assembly, a dip-tube assembly and a rigid tube. The valve assembly is mounted on the can body. The dip-tube assembly is connected to the valve assembly and has a head end channel-linked to the valve assembly. The dip-tube assembly has a flexible tube and a weight piece. The two ends of the flexible tube are connected to the valve assembly and the weight piece respectively. The rigid tube is sleeved around the flexible tube to constrain excessive bending of the flexible tube. The flexible tube protrudes from the rigid tube. The weight of the weight piece drives the tail end freely toward the ground. Therefore, the tail end stays submerged under a liquid product when less than a half of the liquid product is left inside the can body even when the can body is tilted or horizontal.
