AEROSOL DISPENSING CAP FOR AUTOMATED INSTALLATION

A device for dispensing pressurized air and/or tire sealant from a pressurized can. The device comprising a cap body, a depressor button with a lock clip, and a hose positioned within the cap body attached to the pressurized can. The lock clip locks the depressor button in the compressed position for ease during use, while a shield element keeps the depressor button in the non-compressed position for safety during non-use. The hose provides an extension to attach to a tire stem valve, while being stored and attached to the cap body of the device.

Closure assembly for use with a container

The presently disclosed subject matter is directed to a closure assembly for use with a container (e.g., an aerosol can). The closure assembly includes a skirt and a protective cap. In some embodiments, a lock feature temporarily attaches the protective cap to the container and increases a force required for a user to remove the protective cap. In some embodiments, an inner lock opening of the skirt is configured to be registered with an outer lock opening to receive a locking element therethrough. In some embodiments, a set screw is positioned in the skirt to selectively allow or inhibit relative rotation between the skirt and the protective cap. In some embodiments, a biasing element selectively allows or inhibits engagement of threads of the protective cap with the threads of the skirt depending upon application of an axial force to overcome a biasing force of the biasing element.

The present invention is an aerosol container with an easy-to-operate push button which requires minimal strength to operate push button and hence operable by children and people having less strength. Aerosol container includes a main body, a nozzle, a pipe and an actuating mechanism. Actuating mechanism includes a valve operable by a push button and a release spring. Valve is in connection with an internal body portion of pipe and selectively permits flow of aerosol from main body to nozzle upon actuation of push button disposed in-line with valve, transverse to pipe and externally of main body. As push button is disposed centrally of main body, children or people with less strength or suffering from illness like Parkinson are easily able to push the push button.

Combination cap and work support system

A combination cap and work support system includes a lower section configured to connect to a container and an upper section configured to provide a desired support to an object. The upper section includes multiple apices and at least one ridge. The system may be included as part of a kit that includes a container and may include applicators and other accessories. The system may be manufactured with various molding processes, including multi-shot molding and multi-cavity molds. The system may be utilized by placement upon a work surface and then placing an object upon an apex or ridge thereof, to support the object above the work surface.

CHASSIS FOR AEROSOL DISPENSER AEROSOL DISPENSER HAVING A CHASSIS AND PREFORM CHASSIS FOR AN AEROSOL DISPENSER
20200108957 · 2020-04-09 ·

An aerosol dispenser, outer container for an aerosol dispenser and a preform for an outer container, each include an open neck at the top and a closed end bottom. The open neck may include a first surface having a first surface diameter, a second surface disposed interior to the first surface and having a second surface diameter less than the first surface diameter, and a transition distinguishing the first surface from the second surface. For a dispenser and a container, a product delivery device may be disposed on the second surface and not interfere with a valve operable by a user when the valve is attached to the open neck in engagement with the first surface. At least one of the first and the second surfaces may be a sealing surface to prevent escape of propellant from the outer container to ambient when a valve is attached.

AEROSOL DISPENSER

An aerosol dispenser, an outer container for an aerosol dispenser, and a preform for an outer container. The aerosol dispenser, outer container, and preform each have a neck including a crimp ring. The crimp ring may be configured to receive a valve cup, which is clinched thereto. The crimp ring includes one or more vents. The vents may be used to control overpressurization within the dispenser. The vents may be exposed to pressurized propellant and product due to deformation of the neck during undue overpressurization. The vents allow propellant and/or product to be released therethrough in the event of overpressurization.
