Writing utensil assembly
A ornamental writing utensil assembly includes a housing has a writing well therein to receive an elongated writing utensil. Additionally, the housing has a rod well therein. A mating member is coupled to the housing and the mating member releasably engages a support surface for storing the housing. A rod is insertable into the rod well and a pair of wings that each movably engages the rod to enhance the ornamental appearance of the writing utensil. A plurality of couplers is each coupled to a respective one of the wings. Each of the couplers movably engages the rod for retaining each of the wings on the rod.
Movable crawl space container
A movable crawl space container comprises a body portion and two amounts of rope that extend from opposite sides of the container. The container has an opening and retains needed equipment within the confines of the container. The container has pointed edges near the first end of the container and near the second end of the container that assist the container in traversing corners and other obstacles found in typical crawl spaces. Sides of the container converge towards rope connection portions on both ends of the container. A worker, such as a plumber, can pull the container down into the crawl space and easily move around the crawl space pulling the container as desired. By placing all the necessary tools in the container, the plumber is able to visit various work sites while maintaining access to tools and other desired items stored in the container.

CHILD-RESISTANT CONTAINER ASSEMBLY
A container assembly includes an outer sleeve, a slide-out tray and a pop-up carton. The first and second sides of the outer sleeve have at least a double thickness adjacent to first and second outer sleeve apertures formed therein. The slide-out tray includes a first side with a minor first side flap folded thereon and a second side with a minor second side flap folded thereon. The slide-out tray is received in the outer sleeve. The pop-up carton is attached to the slide-out tray and located within the slide-out tray in a first position. The slide-out tray initially moves with respect to the outer sleeve by contacting the first and second side flaps via respective first and second outer sleeve apertures and the slide-out tray via a third outer sleeve aperture. The pop-up carton is moved within the slide-out tray to a position extending from the slide-out tray.

A structure of tool head bearing-seat, comprising: a main-body; a bearing space defined in the main-body; an opening formed on the main-body and communicated with the bearing space; an elastic position-limiting portion set at one side of the bearing space; at least one first connecting-portion and third connecting-portion with corresponding shape; and at least one second connecting-portion and fourth connecting-portion with corresponding shape respectively set at the sides of the first connecting-portion and the third connecting-portion. The user can place the tool head in the bearing space through the opening and limit the tool head position through the elastic position-limiting portion to prevent the tool head from falling out. When the main-bodies are connected to each other, the first connecting-portion and the second-connecting portion can be connected to the third-connecting portion and the fourth-connecting portion; therefore the main-bodies can be connected to each other rather stably and firmly.
Tiered tip out assembly for round shank drill bits
A round shank tool holder assembly includes a storage case and first and second tip out tool holders each configured to removably receive a round shank tool therein and each pivotally secured within the storage case and moveable about a pivot axis between a stowed position and a deployed position, wherein the round shank tools remain visible in both the stowed and deployed positions. A first tool retention member is configured to substantially prevent axial movement of the first round shank tool when the first tip out tool holder is in the stowed position, and a second tool retention member configured to substantially prevent axial movement of the second round shank tool when the second tip out tool holder is in the stowed position, wherein the first tool retention member is defined by a first portion of the second tip out tool holder.

The invention relates to an article hanger having a receiving region, wherein, by means of the receiving region, a receiving space for receiving an article of at least one article type, for example at least one type of tool for a mobile machine tool or at least one type of building product, is formed in the interior of the receiving space. The receiving region is formed from a wound tube and/or comprises a wound tube. An environmentally friendly material can be used as the raw material for the wound tube. Risks to the environment as a result of carelessly discarded article hangers can therefore be avoided or at least reduced.
