ROBOTIC WALLBOARD DUNNAGE PLACEMENT SYSTEM
A system is provided for robotically placing dunnage strips for receiving wallboard panels, including providing a robot with a robot arm with a tool having at least one suction cup and a glue dispenser; presetting in the robot a plurality of dunnage location programs, each associated with a particular wallboard panel size or thickness; and providing a dunnage cube with a plurality of stacked dunnage strips. Upon the selection of a preset wallboard panel dunnage location, the robot arm uses the suction cup to select and lift a strip from dunnage cube. Then, the robot arm places the strip upon the warehouse floor in a predesignated location per the preset program, and the glue dispenser on the robot deposits glue upon the strip. The robot repeats the dunnage strip selection, lifting, placement and deposition of glue to multiple dunnage strips until the preset arrangement is completed per the program.
Separator beads for manufactured concrete products
A separator bead is disclosed for separating layers of manufactured concrete products, wherein the separator bead is characterized in that: the separator bead is preferably fabricated from a biodegradable bead material; the separator bead is configured with a thickness selected from 2 mm to 5 mm, a width selected from 2 mm to 10 mm, a depth selected from 2 mm to 10 mm, and a thickness-to-width aspect ratio selected from 0.2 to 0.9; the separator bead is preferably configured with one or more nodules, each with a nodule diameter selected from 0.01 mm to 2 mm; and the separator bead is characterized by a thickness compression from 5% to 50%, under a load of 60 lb per bead at a temperature of 120 F. for 5 minutes. The disclosed separator beads overcome known problems in the art of manufactured concrete products. The optimized separator beads prevent surface scratches and defects.

Roof vent package and related method of use
A roof vent package provides dual functionality to transport and store roof vents, such as ridge vents, and to offer a disposal receptacle for jobsite debris. The package can include a ridge vent bag constructed from a flexible material to include multiple sidewalls, a closure flap that selectively covers an opening of a compartment in which ridge vents are stored, and a closure flap with a closure element to maintain the closure flap in a closed configuration over the opening. A related method includes storing and transporting ridge vents in the compartment of the bag, operating the closure flap to open the compartment and gain access to the ridge vents, removing the ridge vents from the compartment, and placing jobsite debris in the compartment of the ridge vent bag, where the ridge vents were previously located, to store the jobsite debris in the ridge vent bag for later disposal.
Packaging machine
A packaging machine comprising: a rest plane (2) for a pack (C) of products (P); at least one magazine (3), predisposed to contain one or more connecting elements (A), predisposed to be applied to at least one flank (S) of the pack (C); at least one applicator (4), movable between at least one pick up position, in which it is able to pick up a connecting element (A) from the magazine (3), and at least one application position, in which it is able to position a connecting element (A) in contact with a flank (S) of the pack (C).
