The main parts of the assembly include, an opaque tubular container body (TUBE) with an interior restriction flange, a top lid (LID-1) containing a battery powered light source on the bottom of the lid, a disc shaped propagation rooting medium retainer (RETAINER) and a bottom lid (LID-2) attaches to the bottom end of the TUBE.
