The present disclosure provides several novel improvements to freight storage and transportation services. In one detailed though non-limiting aspect, methods and means for safely and efficiently adjusting the interior volume space of an otherwise fixed-volume storage and transportation container are provided.

Systems, methods and apparatuses for inspecting a tank containing a flammable fluid are provided. The system includes a vehicle having a propeller, a latch mechanism, a pressure switch, and an inspection device. The system includes a control unit in communication with the propeller, the latch mechanism, and the inspection device, and electrically connected to the pressure switch. The control unit powers on responsive to the pressure switch detecting an ambient pressure greater than a minimum threshold. The control unit receives, from the latch mechanism, an indication of a state of the latch mechanism. The control unit determines that the cable used to lower the vehicle into the tank containing the flammable fluid is detached from the vehicle. The control unit commands the propeller to move the vehicle through the flammable fluid. The control unit determines a quality metric of a portion of the tank.

The structure provides for an attractive outdoor retail space with shading, allowing for signage, decorations, product display, ergonomics, and other retail design features. In an implementation, the structure is for a mobile retail space that is tailored for customizing and manufacture of the customized apparel, especially the laser finishing of products like jeans. The mobile retail space can be relocated to and deployed easily at various events, such as sports events and music festival venues.

The invention is directed to a portable container system comprising a container which comprises a floor, four upwardly-extending sidewalls, wherein at least one of the sidewalls is hinged to allow the at least one sidewall to open outwardly, and a top wall. The system also comprises a plurality of skids contained within the container. Each skid comprises a base and one or more upwardly extending members; and one or more cabinets mounted on the base or one or more upwardly extending members, wherein the one or more cabinets comprise: control power distribution panel cabinets, human-machine interface cabinets, programmable logic controller-redundancy cabinets, network cabinets, or remote I/O cabinets.

Disclosed herein is a movable platform (MP) for moving freight during cross-dock operations. The MP comprises a mechanical actuation assembly used to deploy a plurality of roller assemblies used for moving the MP. Also disclosed is an actuating attachment used to deploy the mechanical actuation assembly of the MP. The actuating attachment can be attached to a conveyance vehicle, such as a forklift, or built in to an automated guided vehicle.

Disclosed herein is a movable platform (MP) for moving freight during cross-dock operations. The MP comprises a mechanical actuation assembly used to deploy a plurality of roller assemblies used for moving the MP. Also disclosed is an actuating attachment used to deploy the mechanical actuation assembly of the MP. Methods and systems for wireless switching are provided. Aspects include receiving, by a transceiver, a first activation signal from an activation device, responsive to receiving the first activation signal, transmitting, by the transceiver, network credentialing data to the activation device, receiving, by a first controller of a first device, a second activation signal from the activation device, the second activation signal comprising an activation request and the network credentialing data, responsive to receiving the second activation signal, transitioning the first device from a low power state to a high power state, and broadcasting, by the first device, a wireless network, wherein the first device comprises an access point for the wireless network.

A liquid product storage and delivery system is provided. The liquid product storage and delivery system includes a storage tank and a liquid bladder supported inside of the storage tank.
