Moisture prevention packaging method
A packaged article is composed of a bulk bag having a top end and a bottom end. Further included is a pallet having a first side and a second side. Also included are an outer bag having a first closed end and a first open end and a heatshrink bag having a second closed end and a second open end. The first closed end of the outer bag is between the bottom end of the bulk bag and the first side of the pallet. The first open end of the outer bag is gathered over the top end of the bulk bag to enclose the bulk bag within the outer bag. The second closed end of the heatshrink bag is proximate to the top end of the bulk bag and the second open end contacts the second side of the pallet.
Mobile support structure for bulk material containers
Systems and methods for efficiently managing bulk material are provided. The disclosure is directed to a portable support structure used to receive one or more portable containers of bulk material and output bulk material from the containers directly into the blender hopper. The portable support structure may include a frame for receiving and holding the one or more portable bulk material containers in an elevated position proximate the blender hopper, as well as one or more gravity feed outlets for routing the bulk material from the containers directly into the blender hopper. In some embodiments, the portable support structure may be transported to the well site on a trailer, unloaded from the trailer, and positioned proximate the blender unit. In other embodiments, the portable support structure may be a mobile support structure that is integrated into a trailer unit.
ADAPTER FOR CONNECTING A VACUUM SYSTEM TO A CONTAINER AND CONTAINER THEREWITH
An adapter configured to be arrangeable on or in a wall of a container and configured to connect a vacuum system to said container. The adapter includes a first side configured to be directed towards an interior of the container and comprising an inlet, and a second side, opposite the first side, and configured to be directed outward relative to the interior of the container and comprising an outlet. A passage extends between the inlet and the outlet and includes a narrowing configured to cause a flow velocity at the inlet to be smaller than a flow velocity at the outlet. A sealing cap includes aforementioned specified adapter, and to an assembly includes a container and an adapter.
BULK BAG HAVING A MULTI-SIDED SHAPED BOTTOM
A fabric bulk bag and a method for constructing the same, the bag including a continuous sidewall, a top portion, and a bottom, all defining a bulk storage space therein; the bottom further comprising eight sides which define an octagonal shape having an enlarged footprint so that the bag wall is sewn to the bottom in less time than a round shaped bag, yet when filled stands more upright with less tendency to lean than the current square shaped bags thereby providing a safer more dependable stacking bulk bag. In the method of producing the fabric bulk bag, the bag is constructed in less time than the prior art round bottom bags, uses less wall fabric than prior art square bottomed bags and when constructed and filled, supports itself more stable on a floor or pallet because it provides substantially more base for the product to rest on. In other embodiments, the bag would be multi-sided with greater than four sides.
Moisture Prevention Packaging System and Method

Also included are an outer bag having a first closed end and a first open end and a heatshrink bag having a second closed end and a second open end. The first closed end of the outer bag is between the bottom end of the bulk bag and the first side of the pallet. The first open end of the outer bag is gathered over the top end of the bulk bag to enclose the bulk bag within the outer bag. The second closed end of the heatshrink bag is proximate to the top end of the bulk bag and the second open end contacts the second side of the pallet.
Flexible container bags
A flexible bulk container comprising a top wall, a bottom wall, and at least one sidewall defining an internal space. There is an access portion associated with the top wall for accessing the internal space through an open end of the access portion, and a position marker located at a predetermined position on the access portion for detection by a detector of a robotic system. An insert for use with a flexible bulk container during folding of the flexible bulk container is also provided. The insert comprises: a head portion and a tail portion extending therefrom, the head portion having an insert upper edge and the tail portion being sized and shaped for engagement with an open end of a filling spout, and lateral spacer portions extending from the head portion, one on either side of the tail portion.
Method of manufacturing an FIBC, FIBC
A novel method for manufacturing a cubicle flexible intermediate bulk container is disclosed. At least two opposing sidewalls of the cubicle FIBC has a lower portion and an upper portion, both of which are formed of a combination of sheet material cut in rectangular and trapezoidal geometries.
Pallet Bag System
This invention relates to a pallet bag system for bags enclosing items, pallets loaded with bags containing items, and containers containing such loaded pallets.
