Material handling system and method and load carrying vehicle thereof
An unloading apparatus for unloading a load contained in a tray of a load carrying vehicle having a transporter adapted to releasably receive the tray, the unloading apparatus comprising a rotator having a support surface for parking of the load carrying vehicle according to the second aspect of the invention, and a plurality of frames arranged in a spaced apart relationship with respect to each other along the support surface, the frames being adapted to secure the tray to the rotator and lifting the tray from the transporter, and means for rotating the rotator about the longitudinal axis of the tray for unloading of the load. There is also provide a load carrying vehicle including a transporter and a tray releasably attached to the transporter as well as a system and method from loading load from a first location into the tray and unloading the load at a second location using the unloading apparatus.

Hinged Baffle Transport Trailer Container
A transport container configured for use with a dump truck tractor trailer. The container comprises: a) a pivotable lid configured to cover and expose an open top of the container, the open top allowing addition of contents to the container; b) a pivotable end gate configured to cover and expose an open back end of the container, the open back end allowing dumping of contents of the container; and c) at least one baffle inside the container, the baffle pivotably connected to opposing sidewalls of the container and forming a substantially vertical barrier preventing substantial movement of contents of the container past the baffle during dumping and transport when locked in a substantially vertical position by an operator-controlled retention mechanism operatively connected between the baffle and at least one of the opposing sidewalls of the container.

Methods of storing and moving proppant at location adjacent rail line
A method of delivering proppant to a well site has the steps of transporting a load of proppant in a vessel to a desired location, moving the load of proppant from the vessel into a container so as to create a proppant-loaded container, unloading the proppant-loaded container into a pneumatic bulk trailer, and transporting the unloaded proppant in the pneumatic bulk trailer to well site. The container is placed onto a bed of a truck and moved in proximity to the vessel. The proppant-loaded container is placed onto a tilting mechanism and then tilted so that the proppant is discharged through a flow gate of a container into a hopper. The proppant in the hopper can then be conveyed to the pneumatic bulk trailer.
Hopper release system
A hopper release system includes a base member configured and disposed to selectively support a hopper, and a hopper release assembly mounted to the base member. The hopper release assembly includes a remote hopper release member configured and disposed to selectively disengage a hopper retaining member from the hopper.

SLIDING TILT LOADER
A system includes a frame with a back rail and a ground rail. The back rail and the ground rail are positioned transverse to each other. A guide is attached to the ground rail. A sliding tilt loader apparatus includes a bucket; a chute; and a first pivot mechanism attached to a first end of a rear portion of the bucket. The first pivot mechanism is to translate along the guide. A second pivot mechanism is attached to a second end of the rear portion of the bucket. Rotation of the first pivot mechanism and the second pivot mechanism coincide with tilting of the chute and the bucket causing the chute to angularly rotate and align with the bucket upon the chute and bucket reaching a completed tilt position.
