Modular autonomous bot apparatus assembly for transporting an item being shipped
A modular autonomous bot apparatus assembly is described for transporting an item being shipped. The assembly includes a modular mobility base having propulsion, steering, sensors for collision avoidance, and suspension actuators; a modular auxiliary power module with a power source and cargo door; a modular cargo storage system with folding structural walls and a latching system; and a modular mobile autonomy module that covers the cargo storage system and provides human interaction interfaces, externals sensors, a wireless interface, and an autonomous controller with interfacing circuitry coupled to the human interaction interfaces and sensors on the mobile autonomy module. The assembly has a power and data transport bus that provides a communication and power conduit across the different modular components. A method for on-demand assembly of such a bot apparatus is further described with steps for authenticating the different modular components during assembly.
FLOOR BOARD, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
A floor board, and a method and apparatus for manufacturing same. The floor board (100) comprises a polyurethane-foam board (110). The polyurethane-foam board (110) is made of a polyurethane foam material foamed from a polyurethane foam raw material. The polyurethane-foam board (110) is provided with a plurality of linear members (120) passing though the polyurethane-foam board in a predetermined direction. The plurality of linear members (120) are arranged at intervals. The polyurethane-foam board (110) is foaming-molded by continuous drawing.
Shipping container insulation panel and installation method
An insulation system is configured for mounting to corrugated walls such as the walls of a shipping container. A first end has a first coupling surface and a second end opposite the first end has a second complementary coupling surface. Mating alignment portions are on a top surface of the panel and on a bottom surface of the panel. The second face includes a corrugated surface with a protruding first surface parallel to the first face, a recessed second surface spaced apart from and parallel to the first surface, and third and fourth surfaces extending between the first surface and the second surface, the third and fourth surfaces being orthogonal to the first and second surfaces.
SURFACE CONTAINMENT SYSTEM
A surface containment system to contain liquid contaminates escaping from a vessel, the containment system having in one example: a water and oil impermeable barrier liner positioned below the vessel; a perimeter wall surrounding the vessel, the perimeter wall extending vertically from the ground surface and supporting a portion of the barrier liner so as to from a containment reservoir; at least one fluid conduit through the barrier liner, the fluid conduit having a filter configured to retain contaminates and configured to allow water to pass by way of gravity from the reservoir through the impermeable barrier; the perimeter wall formed of a plurality of wall panels connected by way of struts each having a vertical component, a base component anchored to ground.
SPLINE JOINTS AND CONTAINER HAVING SAME
A container including a first panel with a first edge having a first protrusion with a first contoured profile with at least one projection, a second panel with a second edge having a second protrusion with a second contoured profile with at least one projection, and a spline with a first channel that defines a recess with an interior profile, and a second channel separate from the first channel that defines a recess with an interior profile. The first and second channels receive the first and second protrusions, respectively, such that the first contoured profile is complementary to a portion of the interior profile and the second contoured profile is complementary to a portion of the interior profile. The first and second panel include a mid-section extending from the first and second edges, respectively. The first and second edges have a greater thickness than the thickness of the mid-sections.
Specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and operations support base
The present invention corresponds to materials storage devices; specifically to a specialized container for the storing of granulated raw materials and its operations support base; which has been created in response to the need of storing granulated raw materials, preferably silica meant to be used in, preferably but not limited to, petroleum wells; and which is fitted with specific modifications that facilitate both the loading and discharge of said raw materials in a shorter time lapse than that displayed by conventional technologies. The invention's preferred configuration contemplates the setting up of three containers on top of the operations support base.
Fluid containment device
A containment basin comprising a plurality of interlocking modular panels, wherein said modular panel are free-standing. The interlocking modular panel for use in a containment basin, comprise: a base section; and a side section; wherein said base section panel and side section panel being fixedly connected to one another at an edge and comprising a plurality of rib elements bridging the side section and base section.
Spline joints and container having same
A container includes a first contoured edge of a first wall panel, a second contoured edge of a second wall panel, and a spline with a first channel that receives the first contoured edge and a second channel that receives the second contoured edge to form a spline joint securing the first and second wall panels together. The first and second channels are symmetrical with openings in opposite directions
Modular liquid storage tank
The present invention comprises a liquid storage tank which is adapted to hold a bladder which is to be filled with fluids, in particular, water, in conjunction with a water treatment facility. The liquid storage tank is uniquely constructed in a modular manner from basic predetermined structural components so as to be readily or quickly assembled and disassembled, in accordance with various embodiments as may be required or desired.
