A training aid stimulator for providing fast perceptive feedback, the training aid stimulator comprising a first skin electrode for making electrical contact to the body of a user, and a second skin electrode for making electrical contact to the body of a user, a body capacitance charging module connected to the first skin electrode, a discharge module connected to the second skin electrode for a feedback discharging of a body capacitance, and a processor connected to the body capacitance charging module for controlling the charging of a body capacitance, C.sub.BODY, to a predetermined first voltage level, wherein the processor further being connected to the discharge module for controlling a feedback discharge of said body capacitance, C.sub.BODY, and wherein the stimulator further comprises a measurement module for measuring the level of charge of said body capacitance, C.sub.BODY.

The system further can comprise a non-transitory computer-readable medium configured to retain the instruction. Additionally, the system can comprise an output component configured to cause disclosure of the instruction.

A dance practice assembly is designed to simulate a dance partner for practicing dance routines. The dance practice assembly is configured for use by a dancer relative to a surface. The dance practice assembly includes an object, a tether member and a connector assembly. The object is configured to be selectively positioned adjacent to the surface during use of the dance practice assembly. The tether member is configured to be engaged by the dancer during use of the dance practice assembly. The connector assembly rotatably couples the tether member to the object. The connector assembly includes a first connector member that is coupled to the object, and a second connector member that is rotatably connected to the first connector member. Additionally, the tether member is connected to the second connector member.

According to one aspect of the presently disclosed subject there is provided a computerized method for scoring performance of a move of a trainee in a trainee frame input in relation to a move of a trainer in a trainer video wherein the trainer move includes at least one trainer keyframe. The method comprising obtaining a trainee frame input comprising a trainee move, the trainee move comprising a plurality of trainee frames, based on the at least one trainer keyframe, processing the plurality of trainee frames to provide a move performance score, indicative of the performance of the trainee move in relation to the trainer move, with respect to at least one aspect of the performance. In some examples, the aspects can be one of a similarity aspect, a timing aspect, or a motion dynamics aspect or a combination thereof.

The present invention as described herein is a compact and portable ballet training station or kit. The training station comprises a collapsible bane with supporting bases, a foldable ballet mat, a folding mirror, and a compact carrying case. The collapsible barre is comprised of three bars, each bar with semi detachable segments positioned equidistant along each bar. Upon assembly the bars connect to each other to form a bane which is supported by bases. The foldable mat is made of one contiguous flexible matter which is sufficient to support and cushion the weight of a ballerina. The foldable mirror is made of one contiguous material capable of being coated with reflective material on one side and opaque material on the opposing side. These components are collapsed or folded into a hard shell quadrilateral shaped carrying case for easy storage and transport.

A first, fix length, strap, a second strap made from an elastic material, and the two end loops and hook and loop fastener for attaching them around the wrist of a wearer. Constructed from a single, inelastic strap, where on each opposing end a second partial strap length is sewn to provide a split end of two equal lengths. On each end of the split ends, a hook and fastener material is attached to allow the split ends to be removable attached to form a loop, which can then be worn around a wearer's wrist. A second strap attached to the device made from an elastic or stretchable material and shorter in length that the first, inelastic strap. In a stretched position the elastic second strap is stretched and creates a tension force to pull the extended first strap back to a shortened position.

The first loop is configured to encircle the wearer's ankle, the second loop is configured to encircle the wearer's foot, and the overlap point is configured to be disposed above the wearer's instep such that the device is generally in the shape of an infinity sign.
