INFLATABLE CONTAINMENT TANK
A rapid deployment containment tank includes an inflatable container and a self-contained compressed gas source. The container defines a liquid chamber and an open top through which a liquid passes into the liquid chamber. The container is shiftable between a deflated configuration and an inflated configuration. The container includes a flexible base wall and a flexible sidewall cooperating to define the liquid chamber. The sidewall projects from the base wall along an interface and includes an air chamber. The air chamber includes a plurality of tubular columns spaced apart along the interface. The compressed gas source is coupled to the container and is fluidly connected to the air chamber to supply a compressed gas for inflating the container. The tubular columns are fillable with the compressed gas to cause the sidewall to lift upwardly from the base wall, as the container shifts from the deflated configuration to the inflated configuration.

FIRE PROTECTION CONTAINMENT UNIT FOR INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINERS
A fire protection containment unit for protection of an intermediate bulk container (IBC) having an internal flame and drain barrier disposed above a basin portion of the containment unit. The barrier includes pans having an impact surface that is angled to drain toward a central grid of the barrier to direct escaped liquid from the IBC into the basin portion of the containment unit. The basin portion includes a base surface on an incline to define a pooling region of the containment unit to collect escaped liquid from the IBC. The containment unit includes containment walls which define various configurations of the containment unit including an open configuration, partially open configuration, a completely contained configuration and a packaged configuration.
Surface containment system
A surface containment system to contain liquid contaminates escaping from a vessel, the containment system having in one example: a water and oil impermeable barrier liner positioned below the vessel; a perimeter wall surrounding the vessel, the perimeter wall extending vertically from the ground surface and supporting a portion of the barrier liner so as to form a containment reservoir; at least one fluid conduit through the barrier liner, the fluid conduit having a filter configured to retain contaminates and configured to allow water to pass by way of gravity from the reservoir through the impermeable barrier; the perimeter wall formed of a plurality of wall panels connected by way of struts each having a vertical component, a base component anchored to ground.

Multi-function closure for a liquid containment tank
A multi-function closure is provided for a liquid containment tank. The tank has an upper wall with an inspection opening therein. The closure includes a ring attached to the upper wall and extending around the inspection opening. A pan is removably fastened to the ring, and has a bottom and side wall forming a reservoir for collection of spilled liquid. A lid is pivotally connected to the pan for movement between open and closed positions, and can be locked in the closed position. Multiple ports are formed in the bottom of the pan for filling the tank with liquid, and suctioning or pumping liquid from the tank for discharge.

Tank container
A tank container includes a frame having a front end opposite a rear end that defines a rear plane, a vessel extending between the front end and the rear end of the frame, and a discharge valve assembly. The discharge valve assembly comprises an internal bottom valve, an adaptor, and a discharge valve. The internal bottom valve is positioned within an interior volume of the vessel and the discharge valve is positioned entirely within the frame and offset at least one inch from the rear plane. The adaptor curves downwardly between the internal bottom valve and the discharge valve.

Portable containment system for hazardous or other materials
A method includes wrapping one or more pieces of fabric around at least one piece of shape memory material. The method also includes attaching outer edges of the one or more pieces of fabric to other portions of the one or more pieces of fabric. The method further includes depositing liquid-impervious material onto the one or more pieces of fabric to form free-standing flexible walls and a floor of a containment structure. The floor is formed seamlessly with the walls. The wrapping could include attaching a bottom of the at least one piece of shape memory material to the one or more pieces of fabric at locations spaced apart from the outer edges of the one or more pieces of fabric. The wrapping could also include attaching sides of the at least one piece of shape memory material to the one or more pieces of fabric.
