The top having one or more inlet port for receiving frac sand and a liquid outlet. The inlet orts can be secured by watertight covers. The bottom of the container is configured as a hopper having an opening secured by a railcar gate. The apparatus, in position having the railcar gate at bottom, can be used to store and transport frac sand. The apparatus can be inverted for transporting the frac liquid.
Stackable cast stone composite fermentation and storage tank
A liquid storage vessel having a base with a bottom and an interior floor; a continuous side extending vertically from the base and having an interior surface, the bottom and continuous side each including an internal layer and an external layer separated by a material barrier and configured such that the interior layers form an inner containment liner, and the external layers form a continuous exterior structural shell enclosing the inner containment liner. A top is affixed to the continuous side and has an interior ceiling. Access to the tank interior is provided by one or more manways. Mounting and connecting structures enable the tanks to be stacked directly atop one another and then structurally connected. The exterior structural shell is fabricated from high performance fiber reinforced concrete, and the inner containment liner is fabricated from a geopolymer concrete blend.
CONTAINER
The present invention discloses a container, comprising a container body and a lid, the container body comprises a base and side plates, the lid is provided with a first hanging-against structure, the side plate is provided with a second hanging-against structure cooperating with the first hanging-against structure, the first hanging-against structure and the second hanging-against structure are separatable to achieve hanging-against and removal of the lid, the lid is slidable above the container body whereby the first hanging-against structure and the second hanging-against structure are brought close to or away from each other, wherein the first hanging-against structure is slidable along the lid for a certain distance so that the position of the center of gravity of the lid changes relative to the first hanging-against structure. The present invention can realize the multi-directional hanging function of the lid and the container, with novel and reliable structure, simple and convenient operation, solid and durable.
Receptacle cover
A cover assembly for a container including a frame having a rail, a cover coupled to the frame, a first opening mechanism including a first pivot and a first slide housing, and a second opening mechanism including a second pivot and a second slide housing, the rail of the frame being selectively and slidingly receivable in the first and second slide housings. The cover and frame are movable between three positions, a closed position, a first open position wherein the rail is partially disposed in the first slide housing and is disengaged from the second slide housing, and the frame, cover and first slide housing are rotated about the first pivot, and a second open position wherein the rail is partially disposed in the second slide housing and is disengaged from the first slide housing, and the frame, cover and second slide housing are rotated about the second pivot.
ARTICLE PROCESSING APPARATUS
In an article processing apparatus (1), a plurality of hoppers (12) are disposed in a circular shape and each of the plurality of hoppers (12) causes an article (100) received from an upstream side to temporarily stay and then discharges the article (100) toward a discharge opening (20) on a downstream side. Each of the hoppers (12) includes: a body portion (12A); a slide portion (12B) provided on a downstream side of the body portion (12A), and having a slide surface (120) extending continuously from the body portion (12A); and a gate (12C) provided on the body portion (12A) to switch between a first state where the gate (12C) causes the article (100) to stay in the body portion (12A) and a second state where the gate (12C) releases the staying of the article (100) to cause the article (100) to slide down from the body portion (12A). The slide portion (12B) has a length (L) or an angle (A) with respect to a horizontal direction (H) of a path along which the article (100) slides down the slide surface (120), takes off from a downstream end portion (120E) of the slide portion (12B), freely falls in a space (S) where the slide surface (120) does not exist, and then reaches the discharge opening (20), in the second state.
Movable cover for fluid containment tanks
A system for covering fluid containment tanks to contain vapors and minimize evaporation of the vapors into the surrounding atmosphere. The system includes a flexible cover and restraint elements, guiding rails which support the cover over a tank and provide guidance for extending and retracting the flexible cover, a belt drive extends the leading end of the flexible cover and a drivable drum provides a way to retract the flexible cover and upon which the flexible cover will be rolled and stored, and a method to locate tank elements beneath the flexible cover system to prevent operating interferences.
WASTE REDUCING CONTAINER
A container employs a reusable frame that folds into a compact profile that can be stacked for efficient handling between uses, thus greatly reducing waste that would otherwise end up in landfills. The container has external dimensions emulating those of existing single-use containers, including those designed to accommodate pliable plastic pouch liners for transport and dispensing of material. The container includes a front side having a 17.5 radius cutout to accept a 35 mm fitment of a standard pliable plastic pouch liner, and includes a sliding door which captures and holds the liner fast in place. The container includes a top side having a hinged, latching door with one or more hinges to allow insertion and removal of a pliable plastic pouch. A latching, sliding door allowing access to a dispensing nipple of a contained pliable plastic pouch when inserted into the container.
DISPENSING MANDREL
The invention relates to a dispensing mandrel (1) for dispensing material from a flexible bulk goods container, the dispensing mandrel (1) comprising a hollow body (2) which has an upper and a lower opening surface. A tip adjoins the upper end of the hollow body (2), leaving the upper opening of the hollow body (2) at least partially free. The tip is formed by at least three struts (3) which are planar, radially oriented elements which each abut the inner face (16) of the hollow body (2) with the lower outer edge (15) thereof, and meet at the upper end of the dispensing mandrel (1), thereby forming a tip. At least one transverse strut (12), which abuts against the hollow body (2) with the lower edge (13) thereof, projects from each strut (3).
CLOSURE DEVICE FOR A BULK MATERIALS SYSTEM
A closure device for a bulk material system is provided, specifically for regulating a flow of heat transfer particles. The closure device includes a bulk material guide which has a first opening for connection to the bulk material system and a second opening for the discharge of a bulk material guided by the bulk material system, and a closure blade which is rotatably mounted about an axis of rotation. The closure blade, in a first rotational position, closes the second opening and, in a second rotational position, at least partially uncovers the second opening. The closure blade is mounted in such a manner to reduce jamming of the closure device in operation.
