EVACUATED BAG WITH MATTRESS AND REUSE OF RESEALED BAG AFTER RELEASE OF VACUUM
In embodiments, a mattress is bagged, compressed, and sealed at a first geographic location. A bag utilized for the bagging has an openable and closeable vent. The bagged, compressed, and sealed mattress is shipped to a destination, second geographic location. It may be warehoused in the bagged, compressed, and sealed state, and may also be further transported to distributors or retailers. At a desired point, the bagged, compressed, and sealed mattress is vented before the final end use. Such may occur before delivery to the retailer or retail customer. The vent is reclosed and the bagged uncompressed and sealed mattress is then delivered to the retailer or end user. A bagged, compressed, sealed mattress has an openable and closeable vent.
Carton
A carton. The carton may include a floor panel; a plurality of side panels extending about a periphery of the floor panel, the plurality of side panels may include a front side panel, an opposing rear side panel, a first side end panel, and an opposing second side end panel. The carton may further include a corner gussets extending between adjacent side panels; a closure portion, wherein the closure portion may be configured to secure a top opening of the container portion; and an arrangement of vent openings, and wherein the floor panel, side panels, and corner gussets may be configurable to form a compartment region.
Method of removing headspace from a filled container and container comprising a valve
The invention relates to a method of removing headspace (3) from a filled container (1). The method comprises providing a container that is filled with a product (2) and that further holds a gas containing headspace. The container comprises a valve (100) that allows gas to be expelled from the container. The method further comprises applying a pressure difference over the one-way valve to remove gas contained in the headspace through the valve to reduce the headspace.
PACKAGING BAG FOR MICROWAVE OVENS
A packaging bag (10) for microwave ovens has a tube part (13) formed from a pair of resin film parts (11, 12) that each include a base material layer (21), a heat seal layer (23), and an intermediate layer (22) provided between the base material layer (21) and the heat seal layer (23) and are disposed to face each other such that the heat seal layer (23) becomes an inside thereof. At least one of the pair of resin film parts (11, 12) includes cutting lines (L1, L2, L3, L4), a temporarily fixed seal part (S), and an easy peeling part (S1), and the temporarily fixed seal part (S) is located at the easy peeling part (S1).
Containers
Improvements in containers are provided, and in particular improvements in containers for preparing and dispensing foamable beverage and food products. The package may contain at least a liquid primary ingredient and a secondary ingredient and comprises at least one wall defining a chamber at least partially filled with the primary ingredient, an outlet for dispensing the prepared product, and a capsule surrounding the primary ingredient separating the secondary ingredient from the primary ingredient. The capsule may be attached to insides of opposing walls of the package such that as the opposing walls are moved further apart the capsule breaks. At least one of the ingredients may include a foaming agent such that the foamed product is produced when the capsule is broken and the primary and secondary ingredients mix.
PACKAGING BODY
A packaging body that can be carried without contents leaking after the contents are heated by a microwave oven. The packaging body includes a container having an accommodation space accommodating the contents and a lid attached to the container. The lid is attached to the container so as to close the accommodation space and includes a lid member in which a steam release port is formed to discharge steam generated by heating and a label stuck to the lid member. The label is peeled from the lid member before the contents are heated so that a stuck state remains partially, to expose the steam release port, maintains a state in which the steam release port is exposed while the contents are heated, and is capable of being re-stuck to the lid member to cover the steam release port after the contents are heated.
LIQUID DISPENSER
A liquid dispenser including a liquid reservoir, a bottle body and a delivery head fastened to the bottle body and having a delivery opening. The liquid dispenser additionally includes a protective cap attachable to the delivery head and having at least one ventilation opening and a cap interior. Ambient air flows into the cap interior through the ventilation opening when the protective cap is in an attached state. The liquid dispenser includes a removable closure element having a shipping state preventing ambient air from traveling through the at least one ventilation opening to the delivery opening. The delivery head has an upper annular face and an applicator neck having an outside and the protective cap is held on the outside of the applicator neck in the attached state. The applicator neck has an elongate shape with a cylindrical shell face and an end face penetrated by the delivery opening.
Expandable easy opening dough package
An easy opening flexible package and method of making same is provided. The package is suitable for containing raw dough and other products, especially products that create pressure within the package by expansion or by giving off gas such as carbon dioxide.
CONTAINER WITH VALVE
A food or beverage container with a valve. The valve is defined by an aperture in the one of the base or cover, and a valve element including an elastic panel. The panel has a first section secured to the cover by an elastic mounting tab which extends through the cover and is secured thereto. The elastic panel has an undeformed position spaced from the aperture such that the valve open condition is the default condition. The panel may be manually moved to a deformed position to close the aperture by a plug. This plug may include a shaft having an enlarged head, with the elastic nature of the panel ensuring forced contact and creating the valve closed condition. The elastic nature of the panel is tuned to allow the plug to be drawn inward during under-pressure with the container. This inward movement will break contact of the enlarged head a valve vent condition. With the interior of the container so vented and under-pressure reduced, the elastic nature of the panel will again move the plug outward to the valve closed condition. In this way the valve may automatically regulate pressure within the container during cooling.
Packaging bag, sealing bar, and production method for packaging bag
The present invention provides a packaging bag that can suppress the formation of an opening at a portion other than the vapor release seal portion. According to the present invention, provided is a packaging bag made of a film heat-sealed at a seal portion, wherein the seal portion includes a vapor release seal portion configured to form a vapor flow path as an internal pressure increases, the vapor release seal portion has a curved shape curved toward an inner direction of the packaging bag, the vapor release seal portion includes a first region including a distal end of the curved shape and a second region adjacent to the first region, and sealing strength in the first region is higher than sealing strength in the second region.
