DRINKING STRAW, PACKAGE ASSEMBLY AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A DRINKING STRAW
There is described a drinking straw (3, 3′) for a package (2) being filled with a pourable food product. The drinking straw (3, 3′) comprises at least an inlet opening (11) for allowing the introduction of the pourable food product into the drinking straw (3, 3′), a tubular main portion (16) configured to be inserted, in use, into the package (2), having the inlet opening (11) and a sleeve (22, 22′) superimposed on and/or surrounding at least a section of the tubular main portion (16). The sleeve (22, 22′) is configured to allow for the insertion and/or introduction of the drinking straw (3, 3′) into the package (2) and to impede and/or hinder and/or block a removal and/or separation of the drinking straw (3, 3′) from the package (2) after introduction and/or insertion of the drinking straw (3, 3′) into the package (2).
DRINK CUP LID
A container includes a cup and a lid. The lid is adapted to mate with a brim included in the cup to close a top aperture opening into an interior liquid-storage region formed in the cup.
Sip-hole improvement insert device
A insert device method and system that can prevent the undesirable spill and splash of sloshing liquids through the sip-hole a container and or the sip-hole of a lid, but yet still allow liquid to pass through the sip-hole. This is achieved by creating a tube or tubular flow-path or labyrinth flow-path device, with a inlet, and flange that could be secured to a sip-hole in efforts to direct and control the flow and rate of liquid from within a container. These elements can be combined with a tear-off seal, or plug to help to thwart and deflect sloshing liquid thereby minimizing or preventing the accidental release of liquid while still allowing the passage of liquid, and in some cases improving the flow of liquid. The addition of a removable seal or plug can allow the device to prevent liquid flow as desired.
Beverage Packaging
The invention refers to a beverage packaging for receiving liquid product, the beverage package comprising an insertion area for inserting a drinking straw (1, 12, 19, 28, 40, 70, 90, 94) and the drinking straw. The drinking straw comprises a tubular straw member (3, 14, 22, 30, 42, 71, 80) comprising a straw wall (4, 15, 23, 31, 43, 72, 85), an inlet (5, 16, 24, 32, 44, 73, 83) to be placed into the beverage packaging and an outlet (6, 74, 81) to be placed outside the beverage packaging. On an outer surface of the straw wall, at least one locking catch (2, 13, 21, 27, 29, 41, 76, 87, 91) is provided which is connected to the outer surface of the straw wall towards the inlet and which is spaced from the outer surface of the straw wall towards the outlet, wherein the at least one locking catch is spaced from the inlet along a longitudinal axis (8, 39, 48, 86) of the drinking straw by a maximum of 30% of a length (l) of the drinking straw.
Disposable Cover for Drink Container
A disposable, non-toxic, biodegradable, flexible cover fitting on beverage containers to protect from unwanted contamination or spillage.
COMPOSITE SEALING FILM AND BEVERAGE CUP USING THE SAME
A composite sealing film, which includes: a layer of base film for being heat sealed onto a periphery of an opening of a beverage cup, the layer of base film having a through hole at a position thereon for being adjacent to the periphery of the opening of the beverage cup, where the layer of base film includes a stacked structure of at least a sealing layer and a surface layer; and a covering sheet, which is re-adherable by having an adhesive on a bottom surface thereof and has one end fastened to the layer of base film on one side of the through hole, whereby the covering sheet can be repeatedly opened and adhered to the layer of base film to enable a user to expose the through hole or close the through hole according to the user's need.
DUAL CONTAINER DRINKING VESSEL WITH UNIVERSAL LID
Described herein are embodiments of a dual container drinking vessel with a universal lid. In one embodiment, the apparatus includes a first vessel and a second vessel, where the first vessel and the second vessel are at least partially nested together, and further includes a lid adapted to cover an open end of the first vessel when the first vessel and the second vessel are at least partially nested together, and to cover an open end of the second vessel when the first vessel and the second vessel are not nested together.
Disposable cover for drink container
A disposable, non-toxic, biodegradable, flexible cover fitting on beverage containers to protect from unwanted contamination or spillage is described. In one embodiment, the invention provides a cover for a drink container, the cover comprising: a flexible body having a substantially flat, circular shape; a bead disposed about a circumference of the flexible body; and an indicator visible on at least one surface of the body at which a puncture through the body may be made.
INSULATED CONTAINER WITH TAMPER-EVIDENT, REMOVABLE, AND RESEALABLE LID
Embodiments of the disclosure include an insulated drinking vessel comprising an inner wall surrounding an interior for containing a liquid beverage and an outer wall spaced from the inner wall to form an air space which acts to insulate the vessel interior in order to maintain the temperature of the liquid beverage contents within a desired range throughout a period of time which is normally required to consume the entire beverage contents. The insulated drinking vessel also includes a removable/resealable lid comprising at least one integrated tamper-evident sealed content dispensing opening which, when breached, allows the beverage contents to be removed while the lid remains attached to the vessel.
DEVICE FOR PRESENTATION OF AN ICE CREAM
A device for presenting ice cream. The device includes: a first container for the ice cream, incorporating a base for supporting the ice cream, and a hollow rod extending between an upper end and a lower end at the base, the upper and lower ends being open; a second container intended to be sealed by the base of the first container; and a tube to be assembled with the hollow rod to form a suction channel for drawing a liquid contained in the second container. The device also includes a closure member for closing the upper end of the hollow rod, which closure member can be moved from a closed position to an open position in which the hollow rod is open.
