The connection between the upper cap and the lower ring is made by two flexible extensions diametrically opposed to each other, which are formed by a thickening present in the lower ring that includes a grooved portion. The lower edge of the body of the upper cap has a step defining a recessed portion where the extensions are located. In a closed condition, the two extensions are arranged above and parallel to the body of the lower ring. In an open position, the upper end of the extensions acts as a hinge region allowing the upper cap to rotate.

The retaining group includes at least a support portion being configured to be positioned within the main body and an interaction portion being configured to interact with the tethering element and/or the lid for retaining the lid in the open position and connected to the support portion and being configured to extend away from the main body.
Capping device comprising a cap hinged to a base
The invention refers to a capping device (1) which includes: a base (9) intended to be fixed to a container (2); a cap (8) including an upper wall and an external peripheral skirt (11); and an articulation device including at least one first lamella (19) connecting the outer peripheral skirt (11) of the cap (8) to the base (9, 109), presenting the external peripheral skirt (11) a first recessed portion (21) being the first lamella (19) attached to the upper edge (23) of the first recessed portion (21), including the cap (8), in addition, at least one first anti-intrusion veil (29).
Tethered, Hinged Closure
A closure includes a cap having a top wall and a skirt perpendicular to the top wall and extending downwardly from the top wall to a lower edge. The skirt includes an inner surface having a sealing formation. A band is concentric with and attached to the lower edge of the skirt by a plurality of frangible members. The band remains coupled to the body of the closure even after being removed from a container.
CLOSURE DEVICE FOR A CONTAINER
A closure device for a container having a neck including an annular flange, the closure device comprising: a cap body; a tamper evident (TE) band positioned below the annular flange when assembled in the container; a first hinge and a second hinge defined on the cap body; a leash connected to the TE band, the first hinge and the second hinge; the leash allowing for the cap body to be separated from the TE band during opening, but to remain connected thereto via the leash; a tongue protruding from the cap body between the first and second hinges; when the cap body is actuated from a closed configuration relative to the neck to a fully open position: the leash is configured to retain the cap body to the TE band; an interaction of the tongue and the neck is configured to retain the cap body in the fully open position.
Lid-spout assembly for a package and package having a lid-spout assembly
There is described lid-spout assembly for a package having a designated pour opening and being filled with a pourable product. The lid-spout assembly comprises at least a collar, a coupling ring arranged around a portion of the collar, a lid and a connecting element connecting the lid and the coupling ring with one another. The collar comprises a first annular interaction ridge and the coupling ring has at least one flap including at least one engagement surface abutting and/or designed to abut against an abutment surface of the first annular interaction ridge. The collar also comprises a second annular interaction ridge protruding from the outer surface of the collar and being axially displaced from the first annular interaction ridge. The flap further comprises at least one contact surface designed to interact and/or interacting with a guiding surface of the second annular interaction ridge so as to direct the engagement surface towards and/or against the abutment surface.
Dispenser for a cord for sealing a threaded pipework
The invention relates to a dispenser (1) for a cord, preferably for a cord for sealing a threaded pipework, comprising a hollow body (10) for receiving the cord, a cover part (30) being arranged on a top edge (13) of the hollow body (10) and having an opening (41) through which the thread can be removed from the hollow body (10), and a cap (60) which is connected to the cover part (30) so as to be pivotable about a pivot axis (40) and, in a closed position, covers the opening (41). The dispenser (1) is characterized in that the cap (60) has a protrusion (65) which, in the closed position of the cap (60), engages in the opening (41), so that the cord can be clamped between the protrusion (65) and opening rim (42) and wherein the cap member (30) comprises an upper surface (35) lying in a plane (36), a lower surface (37) and a preferably step-shaped transition area (49) between the upper surface (35) and the lower surface (37), wherein the opening (41) for the cord is provided on the upper surface (35) or in the vicinity thereof, and wherein the cap (60) in the opened end position is arranged in or below the plane (36) of the upper surface (35).
