Closing Cap for Containers
20230142631 · 2023-05-11 ·

The invention relates to a closing cap for containers, particularly intended for containers that have an opening in a neck provided with an outer threaded portion, comprising a lower ring intended for being coupled to the neck of the container and an upper cap having an inner threaded region configured for being coupled to the outer threaded portion of a container neck, the upper cap and the lower ring being articulated to each other by means of a hinged portion, such that the lower ring is formed by an annular-shaped body. Said lower ring has a section with a diameter larger than the remaining section of the annular-shaped body, wherein the hinged portion is located in the section with the larger diameter.

Compact cap and cap and container assembly with an opening block, after opening

A compact cap with an opening block, after opening, for a container having a mouthpiece, includes a base ring preventing separation from the mouthpiece, a protective cap or cover for opening and closing the mouthpiece, a hinge arrangement that makes the base ring and the cover integral, and frangible bridges, which connect a lower edge of the cover with an upper edge of the base ring when the cover is closing on the ring base and the mouthpiece. The hinge arrangement includes a plurality of spaced strips or bridges, which connect the cover and the base ring, and an extension enlarged outwardly, which forms an integral part of an annular collar and is obtained at the lower end of the cover, and which becomes engaged with the mouthpiece when the cover is rotated from a closed position to an open position to provide a stable open position of the cover.

FLIP-TOP CLOSURE

A flip-top closure includes first and second polymeric closure portions. The first closure portion includes a top wall portion, a sealing mechanism and an annular skirt portion. The second closure portion includes a tamper-evident band. The closure portions are attached by a line of weakness. The closure portions are further attached via a hinge. The hinge includes a locking tab, a flexible tab and linking segments. The locking tab extends further outwardly from a center of the closure in a closed position than the flexible tab and the linking segments. During the opening of the flip-top closure, the locking tab moves and passes the flexible tab such that the flip-top closure locks in a fully open position.

Cap for closing a container and its method for making the cap

A cap for a container is provided and a related method for making the cap. The cap comprises a side wall extending about an axis and a transversal wall arranged at an end of the side wall, a separation line being provided on the side wall for defining: a retaining ring, which is intended to remain anchored to a neck of the container and is configured to internally engage with an enlargement of the neck; and a closure element which can removably engage the neck, so as to open or close the container. The separation line extends about the axis and is circumferentially interrupted so as to leave a joining portion, between the retaining ring and the closure element, which extends circumferentially for a respective angle, the cap further having an incision line which extends transversally to the axis between the separation line and a free edge of the retaining ring, so that two connecting bands are defined between the separation line and the incision line, the two connecting bands joining the retaining ring to the joining portion. The connecting bands are deformable and the joining portion is externally provided with a projection which projects from the joining portion and is positioned between a separation plane in which the separation line lies and the incision line so that, when the closure element is in the open position and the connecting bands keep the closure element connected to the retaining ring, an edge of the joining portion which, in the closed position, faces the retaining ring, is facing, in the open position, towards a rim of the neck and the projection is resting on the neck in said open position.

CONTAINER WITH DISPLAY FUNCTION

The present invention provides a packaging container for bulk solids, the container comprising a container body and a container lid. The container body includes wall portions that define a container opening. The lid comprises an upper outer lid surface which includes a slanted lid surface. The upper outer lid surface and the slanted lid surface each having a projected surface in the plane of the container opening. The projected surface of the slanted lid surface constitutes from 40% to 100%, 50% to 90%, or 60% to 80% of the projected surface of the upper outer lid surface. The slanted lid surface is slanted such that when the lid is in a closed position at the container opening, a front end edge of the slanted lid surface is located lower in the height direction of the container than a rear end edge of the slanted lid surface.

Closure device for a container

A closure device for a container having a neck including an annular flange, the closure device comprising: a cap body; a tamper evident (TE) band positioned below the annular flange when assembled in the container; a first hinge and a second hinge defined on the cap body; a leash connected to the TE band, the first hinge and the second hinge; the leash allowing for the cap body to be separated from the TE band during opening, but to remain connected thereto via the leash; a tongue protruding from the cap body between the first and second hinges; when the cap body is actuated from a closed configuration relative to the neck to a fully open position: the leash is configured to retain the cap body to the TE band; an interaction of the tongue and the neck is configured to retain the cap body in the fully open position.

Hinged Closure

Hinged closures for containers are provided. The hinged closures allow for a closure that can be held in the open position with a large opening angle. The hinged closures include a lid portion and a skirt portion interconnected by a hinge portion. The hinge portion can be formed from two connecting columns and a central tongue, or two tongues and a central connecting column.

Case including a vessel and pivoting cover

A case including: a vessel, a cover mounted to be moved in rotation on the vessel via a hinge system which has a hinge axis and at least one hinge, wherein each hinge has a first portion which is fixedly joined to the vessel, a second portion) which is fixedly joined to the cover and a connector which assumes alternately an operating position in which the connector ensures the connection between the second portion and the first portion to allow for rotation of the second portion relative to the first portion about the hinge axis and, alternatively, a safety position in which the connector dissociates the second portion and the first portion.

STORAGE CASE AND HINGE STRUCTURE

A storage case includes a front cover. An upper side of the front cover is rotatably connected to a top plate via a hinge structure. An outwardly protruding locking convex part is formed on the upper side of the front cover. In a first opened state where the front cover is turned upward about the upper side of the front cover as an axis, the locking convex part comes into contact with an engagement part on the top plate. When the front cover is turned upward from the first opened state and becomes in a second opened state in which the engagement part passes over the locking convex part, the locking convex part engages with the engagement part so that the front cover is locked in the second opened state. The locking convex part is recessed from a rear side of the front cover to be in a shell-shaped form.
