The inner ring disposed around an outer periphery side of the lip body. The inner ring is slidably connected to the lip body. The first sealing ring is disposed between the inner ring and the lip body. The first sealing ring is fixedly connected to the lip body. A side of the inner ring towards the lip body is provided with a first step surface. When the container lip is in a closed state, the first sealing ring is in contact with the first step surface. When the container lip is in an opened state, the first sealing ring is separated from the first step surface.
