A twist and flip closure includes first and second closure portions. The first closure portion includes a top wall portion, a skirt portion, and first and second frangible connections. The first frangible connection extends around the closure circumference. The second frangible connection has first and second sections. The second frangible connection is spaced from the first frangible connection. At least a portion of the second frangible connection is located further from the top wall portion than a portion of the first frangible connection. The second frangible connection defines an area adapted to form a tab. The second closure portion includes a tamper-evident band. The closure is adapted to be opened by twisting to break the frangible connections and expose the tab and then flipping the first closure portion from the second closure portion via the exposed tab. The closure is adapted to be locked when flipped.

Provided is a container for storing, preserving, identifying, tracking and transporting a federally controlled substance having a child resistant and senior friendly lid, and a process for identifying and tracking federally controlled substances within the re-sealable containers. The federally controlled substance containers include a two-piece child resistant and senior friendly lid and a 2-factor authentication identification tag, as well as a microchip for identifying the container controlled substance contents and tracking the container. Controlled substance contents within the containers are optimized for long term storage by removal of the oxygen therein, and the containers and controlled substance contents can be readily identified, detected, tracked and traced after being filled with a federally controlled substance.

A safety capsule for a container, comprising: a threaded closure cap (2) for closing the container; a cover (3) for said cap (2), said cover (3) comprising a base (30) and a lateral wall (31) that extends from said base (30); said base (30) and said lateral wall (31) overlying said cap (2); a press-fit engagement means (5) that enables transmission of motion from the cover (3) to the cap (2) for unscrewing said cap (2); means (6) preventing extraction of the cover (3) from the cap (2), said means (6) comprising:
a) a strip (60), being part of the cover (3), bent towards the inside of the cover (3);
b) a stopping abutment (61), being part of the cap (2), intended to abut said strip (60) at least whenever there is an attempt to pull out the cap (2) from the cover (3).

A combination of a closing element (28) and a receiving structure (24) is provided wherein the closing element (28) and receiving structure (24) are in an initially assembled orientation which prevents, but which can be subsequently operated to permit, communication through the receiving structure (24). The receiving structure (24) includes at least one laterally projecting shear member (40) and a spout (30) defining (A) an access passage (32). The closing element (28) has an aperture (78) for receiving a shear member (40) of the receiving structure (24). Present invention provides a compartment as bottled beverages cap for a formula of liquid or powder preparation which may be mixed-up easily with beverages inside of another bottle into a liquid composition. The user simply changes bottle beverage cap with a compartment according to present invention, expel the content into bottle with tear-off mechanism thus the content is mixed-up with water inside of bottle, and creates a ready-to-drink liquid composition. Further present invention provides a breaker having a stopper to against unintentional movements, specifically due to user's accidentally movement, such that said breaker does not tear beverages. This avoids seal becomes leaked which further may create caking of the content and reduced its quality.

A package includes a container and a lid. The container may include a tamper evident feature, a child resistant feature, or both.

The present invention belongs to the technical field of closures with discharge devices for receptacles, focusing on hinged closures. It consists of a capping assembly intended to be attached to the gland of a liquid container. This assembly consists of a tubular neck (1) and a cylindrical hinged cap (2). The cap integrates a ring (3) linked to the neck, a hinged lid (4) for opening and closing the pouring hole, a hinge (5) for hinging the cap and frangible bridges (16) between the ring and the cap. Additional elements in the tubular neck, such as a lower collar and an upper washer, contribute to the efficiency and functionality of the assembly.

A tamper-evident closure is provided and includes a base and a lid. The lid is movable between a closed and an open position with respect to the base. The closure includes a tamper-evident member which is initially provided on or by the base with the closure in an unopened condition. The tamper-evident member is released from the base when the lid is initially moved to the open position and is then retained by the lid.

The present invention relates to a closure for a container with a base element directly or indirectly attachable to a container, a flip-top lid attached to the base element by a hinge such that the flip-top lid can be moved between an opened and a closed position, and a tamper evident element for indicating whether the flip-top lid had been opened at least once by a user or not. The flip-top lid comprises a top cover element and an outer side wall extending therefrom. The tamper evident element is linearly movable between a first position and a second position, wherein the flip-top lid further comprises an inner side wall, which extends only around a part of the circumference of the closure, wherein at least parts of the inner side wall and at least parts of the outer side wall together form guidance means for enabling and controlling the linear movement.

A system for connecting containers which is intended for the temporary assembly of a first and a second container, said connection system comprising a closing sleeve, provided with a first part suitable for being mounted on the first container, and said closing sleeve also being provided with a second part which is suitable for allowing the temporary mounting of the opening of the second container and a membrane separating said first and said second part of said closing sleeve, said membrane being suitable for being perforated by the second container during the mounting of the latter on the second part of the closing sleeve, characterised in that said connection system comprises a lid intended for closing off the second part of the closing sleeve before the connection system is used, said lid and said closing sleeve being obtained by means of a simultaneous method of moulding by injection of at least one plastic material, the lid being mounted on the second part of the closing sleeve once the lid and the closing sleeve have exited their respective moulds.
