Dispensing closure

A dispensing closure (40, 40A, 40B) defines a central axis and has a first body (54, 54A, 54B) for being located at an opening of a container. The first body (54, 54A, 54B) having a first peripheral wall (56, 56A, 56B) and a membrane (60, 60A, 60B) that is connected to the first peripheral wall (56, 56A, 56B) to initially occlude access to the interior of the container. The membrane (60, 60A, 60B) includes a separation member (62, 62A, 62B) that accommodates engagement by a user to separate the membrane (60, 60A, 60B) from the first peripheral wall (56, 56A, 56B) to permit access to the interior of the container. The membrane (60, 60A, 60B) has an annular peripheral portion (68, 68A, 68B) adjacent the first peripheral wall (56, 56A, 56B) that slopes axially outwardly along the central axis in a radial direction moving away from the first peripheral wall (56, 56A, 56B) toward the central axis.

A tamper-evident closure including an outer cap with a sidewall and a top wall; an inner cap with a sidewall and a top wall, coaxially nested in the outer cap; a safety strip arranged between the outer cap and the inner cap to block at least one degree of freedom of relative movement of the outer and inner caps, wherein the safety strip is integrally made with one cap and connected thereto by a frangible structure; a first engagement mechanism between the safety strip and the other cap, to drive the caps in unison in a screwing direction to mount the closure on the container; a second engagement mechanism between the caps, to drive the caps in unison in an unscrewing direction (R.sub.2) to remove the closure from the container, wherein the second engagement mechanism is activatable when the safety strip has been removed.

A locking cap for a container comprising a neck comprises: an outer body, defined by an upper face and a cylindrical wall, and including a breakable strip extending from the upper face to a free end of the cylindrical wall, a capsule, arranged on the upper face and rigidly connected to the breakable strip, a cage, locked in the outer body, having a generally cylindrical shape, and comprising a plurality of bridges connecting neighboring branches, and a flexible member, one end of which is rigidly connected to a bridge and another free end of which is oriented upward, the flexible member being adjacent to a weak point of the bridge. The flexible member of the cage is rigidly connected to the breakable strip of the outer body.
