TAPERED CLOSURE AND CLOSURE SYSTEM
A closure for a container includes a top panel, a skirt depending from the top panel and extending circumferentially about a central axis, a tamper-evident band attached to the skirt, and at least one thread extending from an interior surface of the skirt. The skirt extends from a first end attached to the top panel to a second end opposite the first end. The skirt is tapered radially outward from the first end to the second end such that a diameter of the skirt at the second end is greater than the diameter of the skirt at the first end.
Stopper Device Intended to be Attached to the Neck of a Container
A capping device intended to be fixed to a neck of a container includes a lower ring, a cap, an articulation device that connects the cap and the lower ring, and a locking device configured to lock the cap when it is in a tilted open position. The said locking device includes a stop protruding radially outwards and a protruding portion protruding axially from the lower ring. The stop and the protruding portion are configured in such a way that, when the cap is in the tilted open position, the stop abuts against the protruding portion, the portion protrusion having a radial thickness ε1 greater than a radial thickness ε2 of a first section of the lower ring outside some engaging zones.
Container closure of synthetic resin
A container closure of synthetic resin is for a container having a mouth-and-neck portion with an external thread on an outer periphery thereof and an engaging jaw portion positioned below the external thread. The container closure includes a body and a tamper evident skirt portion, and is configured to not be entirely separated from the mouth-and-neck portion of the container even after unsealing the container at the mouth-and-neck portion. At least in an angle region in which a protruding piece on a skirt wall of the body is present, an extending portion is defined at an engaging piece on the tamper evident skirt portion. When the container closure is mounted on the mouth-and-neck portion of the container, the extending portion of the container closure is positioned between the engaging jaw portion of the mouth-and-neck portion of the container and the tamper evident skirt portion of the container closure.
CLOSURE ASSEMBLY FOR A CONTAINER AND CONTAINER HAVING A CLOSURE ASSEMBLY
A closure assembly for a container filled or fillable with a pourable product comprising at least a lid having a first rim, a ring member having a second rim facing the first rim and one or more coupling elements, each one being connected to the first rim and to the second rim. Each coupling element comprises at least one respective intermediate portion, one respective first curved portion connected to the first rim and the intermediate portion and one respective second curved portion connected to the second rim and the intermediate portion. The intermediate portion is inclined with respect to the first rim and/or the second rim.
CAP FOR CONTAINER
The closing cap comprises a lateral wall around an axis and a transversal wall at one end of the lateral wall. A separating line on the lateral wall defines a retaining ring having a retaining portion engaged with a locking ring, and a closing element engaged with the neck to open or close the container. The cap comprises an incision line and a connecting band connecting the closing element and retaining portion. The cap comprises: a coupling structure inside the lateral wall for coupling the closing element, the lateral wall having a first portion with a first height along an axis parallel to the axis starting from the free edge, and a second portion with a second height measured along an axis parallel to the axis starting from the transversal wall. The ratio between the second and first heights is less than or equal to 2.00.
Closure with hinge
A closure that remains coupled to a container after the upper portion of the closure has been rotatably removed from the container. The closure may include an attachment channel, which includes alternating segments of linear openings and frangible connections. The attachment channel may also include two hinge bridges that remain unbroken when one or more of the frangible connections are broken.
Tethered plastic screw stopper
The present invention relates to tethered plastic stopper having a closure shell and a tamper band connected to the closure shell by bridges that connect a bottom edge of the closure shell to a top edge of the tamper band. The stopper includes a ridge forming a link that separably connects the closure shell and the tamper band by a weakness line containing a plurality of first bridges and the at least one second bridge. The at least one second bridge has a cross-sectional area greater than the cross-sectional area of the first bridges. The link is formed by a separation line made along the bottom of the link and the top remaining material of the tamper band, the link remaining attached to the tamper band by the at least one second bridge when the plurality of first bridges is broken.
CLOSURE ASSEMBLY FOR A CONTAINER AND CONTAINER HAVING A CLOSURE ASSEMBLY
A closure assembly for a container filled or fillable with a pourable product, the closure assembly comprising: a collar including an outer threaded portion; a lid including inner threaded portion, wherein the inner threaded portion and the outer threaded portion are configured to allow for fastening the lid to the collar by rotating the lid relative to the collar in a first rotation direction and for loosening the lid from the collar by rotating the lid relative to the collar in a second rotation direction; a ring member; a cutting device; a control device configured to control the cutting device; one or more coupling elements, each having a first end connected to the lid and a second end connected to the ring member, wherein the first end is positioned downstream of the second end along the second rotation direction.
Screw cap intended to remain attached to a container after opening the container
A screw cap intended to remain attached to a container after opening the container. The cap includes a cylindrical wall having an inner surface including a thread arranged to engage with a thread arranged on a neck of the container, a safety ring extending the cylindrical wall and connected to the cylindrical wall by at least one fracturable connection. A portion of the cylindrical wall forms a strip connected to the safety ring by way of a connecting element arranged to make it possible to displace the cylindrical wall during the unscrewing of the cylindrical wall.
Cap for a container, and method for producing a cap
A cap for a container comprises: a retaining ring suitable for being associated with a neck of the container, the retaining ring extending about an axis; a closure element for opening or closing an opening defined by the neck of the container; a hinge structure interposed between the closure element and the retaining ring so as to allow the closure element to be rotated relative to the retaining ring. The retaining ring and the closure element are separated by a separation line, which extends externally of the hinge structure. The hinge structure comprises at least one connection band which connects the closure element to the retaining ring, the connection band being defined inside a recess provided in a side wall of the cap, the side wall extending about said axis.
